The picture says it all (all three were this way). We ordered 3 lrg 1 topping pizzas. Barely any sauce and barely any cheese. Toppings falling off due to lack of cheese. Crust was HORRIBLE and burnt on one, warped and gross on the other two. We didn’t have time to bring it back and request replacement, it was 6 and our kids were so hungry. I have never had this type of service from this location, it is usually on point. But obviously something has gone wrong recently. It was hard to eat.

I ordered this on Doordash. I got a cookie, cheese bread, and pizza. They gave me someone else’s wings instead of my pizza. After getting my credit from Doordash for the pizza, I reordered the pizza only. I have a five year old who’s very hungry now. I called Papa John’s to alert them and asked them politely to rush. My pizza came quickly via Doordash again, but with a free cookie and cheese bread. They remade the whole order without me asking or demanding anything. Now I’m only angry because I ate too much. Way to make things right. Will order again.

The restaurant staff ignored my existence for a good 15-20 minutes, due to a computer issue. They told me they’d get to me after it was resolved, so I sat off to the side and patiently waited for them to get back to me. They never informed me they fixed the problem, and forgot about me and assisted a new customer who just walked in the door instead. The lady upfront was rude to me as well, and asked the staff if anyone had helped yet. Clearly not because they all (including her) told me they’d get to me after they fixed their computer. It was very unprofessional.

Ordered the Doritos papadilla and it was absolutely disgusting. Undercooked and soggy and all the ingredients fell out the second you picked up the item. I’ve ordered this item at other Locations and have had zero problems. My first time ordering at 44th in Wyoming and it’ll definitely be my last. What a waste of my money. Couldn’t even eat any of it. Very lackluster execution from the staff at this store
