Timing has gotten exceptionally better since the initial review of 2 stars. The staff are excellent people to chat with as they work and they consistently double-check to make sure an order is correct. Which it almost always is, and understandably mistakes happen when you’re slanging this good of pizza this fast! There are “bad” Papa Johns and “good” Papa Johns and this is absolutely the best one. This is the best pizza place in town for the price!

Placed a plan ahead order at 7:00 PM, and they claimed it was in the oven when we arrived at 6:50 PM. They told us it would only be 10 minutes, and after waiting 25 minutes, we discovered they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet. They even lied and said the pizza was in the oven then proceeded to make the pizza I had ordered hours ago. Very sad, disrespectful, and challenged staff. Clearly unfit for service. Will not be going back until they get better employees who can actually function and do their job.

I placed my order for carry out at 5 p.m. on Friday 2/25 and the email said to pick up in 25 minutes. At 5:30 p.m. the employee didn’t apologize and said it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. When I finally got my pizza, it was after 6 p.m. and no apology was given nor any discount or free item was offered either. Very sad, since they have a really good menu and good quality ingredients.

Waited an hour, longer than the time they told us, then told we would need to wait 30 minutes more. The app only spun and did not update. 2 other people in the store were in the same situation. There were at least 6 people working, so it was not likely due to a worker shortage. In short, we had to cancel our order as did the person in front and behind us.
