Never been so dam disappointed with papa johns in the 17 years Ive eaten there. Stingy beyond belief with condiments even though I PAID EXTRA for them. pizza was so dry barely any sauce. This store lost my business for good. You reading this lame owner? read it and weep.

The pizza was terrible from this location. I have had Papa Johns several times, but this pizza crust was dough. When we picked up a slice to eat the toppings literally slid off. After calling the manager another pizza was made and sent with the same result. Never again. Bye Bye Papa Johns.

Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and some sauces. Came super fast! Got back into my hotel room and realized they’d given us a cup of HOT SAUCE (which we didn’t order) in our sticks, which had exploded and spilled all over them. None of the rest of our sauces were there. Called and told them, got rudely told they’d remake the order, which was nice. Waited an hour for them to show up, only for my friend to leave the room and find the food sitting in the hall on the floor. No one had knocked or called or anything to let us know they were there. Who knows how long it sat on the probably dirty hotel hallway floor! And lo and behold none of our extra sauces (that we paid for) are there.

Last pizza I’ll purchase at Papa John’s. Ingredients no longer fresh tasting, throwing left overs in the garbage. Third time this has happened. Ever since they went to a call center to place orders, takes 5 minutes to purchase a pizza after having to listen to all of the up sells. Your pizza used to taste very fresh, now tastes like old Ingredients and awful. What ever you changed, let me know when you change it back. Sorry, but your pizza is amongst the worst in town! Good God, its awful, what did you do!!??
