I didn’t get the crust that I ordered. I ordered then press and I got thick crust. I ordered green olives with my pizza. When I asked for parmesan cheese they were going to charge me $0.29 package. Then I remember that it wasn’t parmesan cheese at least just seasoning. Then I remembered it wasn’t parmesan cheese that they had it was just it was just there seasoning packets that they have. And I’m not too fond of it it’s just too salty. And I’d rather not waste my money. I was home homebound for a while I’m looking forward to having something to eat. I ordered my pizza a desert to go along with it. So when the delivery guy came he only rang the doorbell once before we started walking away. Barely gave me enough time to walk to the door before I started getting in his car. This was the second time that I have ordered from Papa John’s. And I was looking forward to it. The first time they got my order almost right. My sister in Colorado told me that I should give them another try. So I did I spent $40.00 on my dinner because I thought that I would have leftovers for a few days. The sad thing is I had leftovers that I didn’t want to eat because it was something that I hadn’t ordered. But I was hungry the first night. I’m really sad that I can’t give a better review. The only thing that I really enjoyed was my Brownie dessert. I did give Papa John’s Pizza 3 ⭐⭐⭐ star’s

So I got the Shaqaroni which is advertised to have a tons of pepperoni, and also advertised clear to the edges. You can see in the pic, this is most definitely not true. Doesn’t look much different that a normal one, and very few approach the edges. I’ve been coming here (not frequently) for many years. They do a good job at maintaining consistency on what they do, but it feels a bit lacking from other places. The topping are always minimal and far from the edges leaving a lot of plain dough crust to eat. While some may like that, I feel like if I wanted bread sticks, then I would have ordered them, and I don’t need a 2” think ring of plain dough around the pizza. But I know this going in to it, and an extra garlic butter can be a dipping sauce for the excessive amount of crust you get. So, you just need to know this going into it, and be ok with it.

We spent the night in Sioux City, IA and tried the Papa John’s Pizza there. They did a nice job on the pizzas and the garlic knots. We picked it up, the folks were nice, our pizza was hot and ready and on time. We did try the new Spinach, Tomato and Alfredo sauce pizza, we added roasted chicken…. very good! We would get again.

I placed an order and upon arrival the delivery man stated that they didn’t cut the pizza into squares as I requested. He sincerely apologized and stated that he brought some extra garlic sauces to help the situation. He stated that it was going to be very busy soon and a new order being placed would take a long time. I admire the drivers honesty and professionalism. He reassured me that even though it wasn’t cut into squares it was indeed well done as requested. I immediately called this store to commend their customer service. I recommend this PJ to all!

I ordered a pizza, was told 40-45 mins, and it’s been 1hr 20 mins since I ordered. Called and they didn’t answer, this is deeply concerning because this means they don’t care about customer satisfaction or due diligence in their work. I get that stuff happens, yet to be open till 1am for delivery and to not hold up on your end of a deal, much less give a heads up. I never give 1 star ratings and maybe they can make it up, but currently they’re absolutely garbage.

Had ordered pizza and chicken bites before leaving for work. Very hot and delicious when it arrived. Hadn’t experienced the “No Contact Delivery” before and the driver made me laugh as I opened the door and saw him hop back about 3 feet and smile. I laughed because he actually landed on my walkway and not the grass. My order was placed on his delivery carrier. He was courteous and thanked me and wished me a good evening. Not all delivery drivers smile nor say anything.
