The person who made my pizza gave us great customer service and the pizza was so delicious! We have never ordered from this PJs before, so we were greatly surprised! I came inside to pay and the cook popped out and gave me an ETA on the pizza, and he was spot on! Once the pizza was home, it didn’t last more than 5 minutes with my boys! Thanks again.

Save your money and don’t even waste your time ordering from this place. We have given them multiple chances to get orders right and there is always something wrong. We have never had a single order right. I have order online and they still mess it up. When ordering online and get to the store they overcharged me. Luckily I caught it before I left and had to go back in to get a refund. They say they will take care of something next time you are in, but the owner that makes that promise is never there to make good on that deal. I am still owed a free pizza, but will never order from this place again and would recommend that you don’t either. Order from Paul Reveres they know how to get your oder right.

I was making a delivery to West Liberty Foods and decided to order wings and a soda. When I was told that I’d have to drop my trailer and meet them at the security gate, I asked them to cancel the order. I was told by a very rude gentleman ok and he slammed the phone down in my ear. I contacted the corporate office in Kentucky and advised them of the situation. The lady in customer service at the corporate office contacted the store and she was advised that they won’t cancel the order. If you order from here, take this warning, They are very rude to their customers.

I like the pizza in general, there is usually some individual pizzas ready I’m the hot case. The only problem is that this pizza place does not have any specials. Ever. They do not honor coupons for pizza as they are a franchise, and do not have to. Because of that I will go to Iowa city or Coralville to get papa John’s.
