Was in the mood for some Pizza so I decided to try the local papa John’s and I was glad I did! Can’t comment on the building or service as I got a delivery order but the delivery driver was pretty good! Food was excellent! Everything from.wings, cheese bread, pizza and dessert was excellent, no complaints there at all! No problems, I’d sincerely get food from this papa John’s sometime in the future!

I’m rating this a 5 mainly because I love the 3 Meats Italian pizza bowl. I eat a low carb diet so no crusts for me. I did try the Marcos pizza bowl but it was mostly sauce and pepperoni. Almost no veggies. In comparison Papa Johns bowls have lots of onions and green peppers with just the right amount of sauce. The price is just over $8.00 and it’s 2 meals for me. I’m so glad I found these pizza bowls!

To start, our pizza was perfectly fine. Two orders of cheese sticks. One was missing almost half of its cheese and was overcooked and dry. The other one was not cut in half, only cut in long strips and was very dry. The BBQ chicken wings had like no BBQ sauce on them. Luckily, I had my own BBQ sauce to use otherwise it was basically dry, overcooked chicken with no sauce. The Oreo bites, were not very pleasant looking, but tasted okay…

Papa John’s used to be good, my family’s favorite. They’ve changed…I don’t know if it’s the ingredients or the recipe, but it sucks now. The pizza is a lot thinner than before. And no, it was not thin crust. And it has no flavor. I won’t be going back for a looong time.

I ordered garlic bread twice and it was raw inside. First time, I let it go. Second time, I called the manager and asked him for refund. He apologized and said that he would do it but didn’t follow through. Really disappointed!

I tried calling my local Papa John’s at 10:32 PM this evening and the phone was not answered. I tried calling 4 more times between the initial call and 10:42 PM as I drove to the store. As I pulled up, I watched through the window as the employees ignored the phone.

Honestly hate to even give someone a bad review because I know everyone has off days but I’m not impressed with my delivery driver. Ordered contactless delivery and popped my head out of the window, just for the delivery man to yell at me that he wouldn’t leave me anything if I didn’t come outside right now. Made me feel uneasy and definitely like I didn’t want to go outside. Bummer because the pizza was good but I won’t be ordering again with this service. I paid my money I don’t need to be yelled at.

The WORST customer service. I work in retail and deal with frustrating situations everyday, but I would never be as unprofessional as the employees here. Cussing out your customers for asking simple questions or having a misunderstanding is completely uncalled for.
