I bit into one of my three orders of breadsticks after serving the kids (they love breadsticks). To my surprise, I bit into raw dough. I couldn’t even get to the kids before they ate theirs. Just hoping they don’t get sick.

we live 1.5 miles from papa john’s- was told it was on its way at 6:08, as of 6:45 it was still not here. Called for an update and an answering machine told me the driver would be here shortly.

Order 3 topping pizzas. This one looks like they only put cheese on half. Not to mention the topping, lack of meat and green peppers could be smaller and distributed better. Papa John’s used to be my favorite. Not anymore.

Really got to figure out how to package garlic parmesan breadsticks for delivery so that the breadsticks don’t arrive in a Box soaked in garlic butter. Tried to call the store put immediately on hold and sat there for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the phone.

Sometime ago I got a large order and they messed it up when clearly I said no mushrooms since some of the family is allergic to it and they ended up putting mushrooms in my pizza regardless. To top if off they forgot the the most expensive pizza . Went back to the store picked up another pizza and was soggy. Called regional manager and they resolved the issue. Recently, last week I place an order online and when I go pick it up the don’t accept a bill of $100 for a large order. No where in the website says they don’t accept large bills. I know, seems petty but you guys operate all day meaning you could have accepted my $100. THIS IS STILL MONEY!!! Anyways, the “manager” at that time couldn’t even keep a straight face nor look at me. This place has so much potential. I’ve ordered many times before the last two orders and it’s been good. I love Papa John’s but you guys got the wrong crew there. There’s this one guy who is always ready to pick a fight with anyone. Anyways I’m not ordering anything from there unless there’s better people in there that actually care about customers.

Ordered a pizza online, originally for 6, had to move it to 6:30. Tried calling at 6:45 for an update, was on hold for more that 15 minutes. Tried calling back, was phone was answered, was told to hold, then hung up on not once, but twice. Was charged but order doesn’t show up on app for tracking. It’s now 7:15 and still have no clue where my order is nor the update. Never again wasting my money here. After trick or treating, kids were hungry and sleepy. I ordered so I didn’t have to scramble to make dinner at 7 PM.
