Well, that’s the last time I’ll give this location a chance. They have dropped the ball on our order so many times. Tonight was the last straw. The online order said aprox 31 minutes, and at 55 minutes, it said delivered, but there was no pizza delivered. Called them and the person who answered was rude saying “it takes 20 minutes to cook and there’s other people getting deliveries too. You gotta wait five minutes till after it says delivered”. I’m frustrated at this point, but gave them the 5 minute window recommended, actually waited 15 minutes…. called back and same lady answers then puts the phone down and I can hear her yelling to someone in the background. A guy picks up and confirms my address with just my house number, and asks if I was canceling the order. Then tells me he was told the order was canceled and says “well I got the order right here, but it says it was canceled.”

So I placed an order yesterday for contact less delivery and ask that the delivery driver leave the food at front door but he did not he knocked on my door and windows and the he left my food with someone else that lives upstairs a t a different address when all he had to do was leave it at the delivery address front door(my front door) the the delivery driver never brought me my 2 liter of cherry Pepsi. I called the store and ask to have the driver bring me the 2 liter of soda that was paid for but nothing, I waited hours but he never showed. Also my pizza was not cooked fully, the cheese in the crust was still in string cheese form , i am really disappointed that this is the quality that sent to customers. I deserve a full refund for the headache.

ZERO STARS. Walked in The lady working inside here with a pony tail and glasses is extremely rude. Told me right away it’ll be 1 1/2 hour wait, not even knowing I already placed my order. She was yelling at her co workers, in a frenzy and rude to other customers after me. She’s cussing, throwing temper tantrums in front of customers to her coworkers. She even complaining about not getting a day off. Her service and attitude is POOR, and I hope the area manager/owners see this and deal with her. I wouldn’t want to work in this environment. I’m going to guess she’s the GM manager by the way she is acting to others but still unacceptable. I can’t believe this lady. Places wonder why they have such high turnover. Will not be coming back to this location. Cooperate you need to take hold of this location. She is a TERRIBLE leader/manager.

I think I’m done with Papa John’s. This location is struggling. But this last time was too far. Employees going from sweeping/mopping to handling the pizza, without washing their hands and without gloves. Delivery drivers come back from their cars, right to the oven to handle the pizza … without washing their hands and without gloves. I watched the most disgusting, dirty hands handling someone’s pizza and I wanted to vomit. I’m not a germaphobe, but come on! Basic hygiene should be a requirement for anyone handling food.

Got a. HORRIBLE $25 pizza! Paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it! You could plainly see all the toppings! The cheese wasn’t stringy it was like fake cheese!! Then they offered a replacement. Took my name! Never told me there was a time limit on ordering! So I call to get my replacement and it’s too late! WTH?? Offered free delivery . I live like 4 blocks away!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!!
