Service was beyond the worst I’ve experienced. I called to report my problems and all I got was attitude and a phone hung up in my face after being put on hold repeatedly. The Alfredo bowl as you see in the photos was what it looked like, scraps!!! I am so embarrassed to even open this. It was filled with vegetables no pasta and literally 4 pieces of chicken. They also gave me the wrong soda. I will never be ordering from here again and I advise anyone who is thinking on buying from them, DO NOT!!! Save your money and to think I tipped the driver 10 bucks!? Yuck I’m beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service also hygiene.

Order is almost 45 minutes late and at the time of writing I still don’t have it. Waited several minutes on hold just for some punk with attitude to tell me “it already left the store, have a nice one, bye” before even asking who I was or what I ordered. Dude had no idea what he was on about and this is definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never give money to this company again.

I’ll Never order from this papa johns ever again! They should have a seal on the pizzas for deliveries. I don’t know if it was doordash or papa johns. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 wings with 2 cheese sticks and only got 1 pizza and 1order of wings.

I don’t know what happened… But back in the day I use to LOVE getting pizza from this location. Now it seems like everything is always poorly made! From burnt pizza crust, to your pizza being flipped up side down, garlic bread knots is ALWAYS questionable. I don’t know if it’s due to my food being delivered or what, but I need to find a better location or just stop eating Papa John’s altogether. This was my 1st and LAST time ordering a heart shape pizza from Papa John’s.. The crust was burnt, I had thin crust pizza before… But this pizza wasn’t it. Just terrible! Only gave 2 stars because the wings were actually good

They don’t let you know how long it will be for your pizza, you don’t get a confirmation email, and when you call they put you on hold. But don’t worry they’ll charge your card RIGHT AWAY and then you can’t cancel because no one answers the phone. I have been waiting for a confirmation for 45 minutes.

On multiple occasions I have ordered Pizza and both times, Instead of calling to inform me that Papa Johns canceled the order, the just reversed the charges on my credit card. Thank you for refunding my money, but if I were on a date and I wait outside for 3o minutes expecting someone to show up and they don’t, I wouldn’t make a third date. Both incidents occurred with the Wells Street Marquette location. Really like Papa Johns. Never had this difficulty at any other locations.

Horrible experience, do not order from them or Papa Johns in general. Ordered delivery two weeks ago, never received my order. I’ve tried calling the store several times, nobody ever picks up. Also called customer service who said someone would follow up with me within 48 hours. Also responded to an email survey. No calls or follow up. The lack of accountability of this whole company is ridiculous. Will never receive my business again.
