Food was improperly cooked, way off size proportion wise, some pieces of pizza were massive, and others tiny. Only reason I could eat it was with garlic butter. Chicken bites were soggy (ordered in store everything in store). Employees looked dirty, no hair tye on long hair. I feel like I ordered their summer super bundle with a big tip for a door dash bag, cookie, and a 2L of soda. I work food service and this was disappointing. Don’t think I’ll go here again..

I ordered from Papa Johns for my first time yesterday. I did a online order with delivery. I ordered like $40 dollars worth of food. It took 1hr 20min roughly to get here after ordering. The food was cold but the food tasted good. I will order from here again hoping they will redeem themselves for next time. But other than that I will leave 2/5 stars. Update never got better.

Ordered from PaPa Johns. Got pizza multiple times. They still continue to mess up food. I talked to them before and said they wouldn’t do anything for it. Always complained when I told them they messed up. Problems they keep having; Delivery time, temperature of food and it tasting dry or burnt. Will not be ordering much from here anymore.

My girlfriend pre-ordered a pizza for 12/13 because there was a promotion for delivery by the Grinch. The driver was not dressed as the Grinch. The driver also said he would never deliver to her address again because she did not tip him. Tips are for good service and she received anything but good service. I can guarantee neither of us will be ordering delivery from this location ever again

I was very happy to see that Papa John is back in Wausau Pizza was good. Staff was friendly. There is no place to eat in or sit while waiting but I enjoy pizza at home so not a problem. I will be ordering more Papa John’s in the future.
