Yes, they are stingy with the toppings, but it’s a cheap pizza so what do you expect? We ordered over the phone for take out. Our pizza was ready in 15 minutes and piping hot. We fed our family for half the cost of going to McDonald’s.

Fantastic pizza joint! The staff and manager that take care of me are super pleasant and sweet! Generous portions as well! I was a big fan of Papa Johns i even worked there. I was stiffed by the owner one night when he showed and decided to stiff me that pizza. I obviously bought my own pizza oven and prefer to never support a business thats quite cold when it comes to taking advantage of a TBI survivor who fell asleep and they coukdnt even leave the puzza at the door. I’ve never had an issue with papa John’s until tonight. The management was awful. I tried to order online for delivery and say the delivery prices and decided to do takeout instead. Their system would not let me change it, so I had to start my order over. Somehow a glitch in their system still charged me for both the delivery pizzas and the take out pizzas. The cashier was more than wonderful and understanding, the management was more than awful. They clearly place the value of 4 toppings over the respect and appreciation of their customers. This location has lost all of my respect.

Delivery over an hour late, not an hour delivery time, an hour past delivery time, just ordered 2 simple pizzas. Asked for cut squares and they couldn’t even do that, they cut triangles and then realized they messed up and tried to make squares so I just have these weird shreds of pizza lol. Also literally came woth a torn “quality seal”, yikes

Just got banned from here for filing a complaint about poor service and quality of product. The owner/Mgr is way out of control and needs to calm down! Called me a liar and told me they do 150 pizzas an hr and serve thousands a week in forest lake with zero complaints. My order was almost an hr late and the pizza was all crust and a small amount of toppings (imagine a 12” pizza with 4” of toppings) another pizza had a busted sauce cup all over it, the breadsticks were Rock hard as if they were made hrs before and left to sit and the wings were wet and cold and gross, was told i should have called for a remake like it’s my fault he can’t handle a busy Friday… yup so we could wait another 2 hrs for trash pizza!? Glad I’m banned! Never had good food from here anyways! Avoid if you can!

Horrible experience to night. We ordered a couple pizzas and wanted to use the carry out special as we were picking up. I should have known when they took my order it was going to be a rough experience as I had to repeat my order at least 5 times each item. I would not recommend this papa John’s location.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. Short story. Pre-ordered pizza for delivery. The order showed up 15 minutes early, at my neighbors house. This has happened in the past multiple times and we’ve learned to request drivers confirm the home address. Called the store, they argued with me about location of my house. Asked for my money back. They refused. The store manager showed up at my home to harass my pregnant wife about the location of the house and google maps. Threatened to call the police on my neighbor. And still ultimately refused to refund my money. Called the corporate office to file a complaint and heard absolutely nothing back.
