If I can give this story? A 0 stars I would they’re very rude. The management is very rude drivers are slow. How do you deliver someone’s ordering your phone calls dead? Then you pull up and sit outside for 5 minutes. You address your issues they want to yell and scream in the background. Then hung up in my face don’t ever order from this store. Food is never ever fresh save your time.

Customer service here is amazing !! And I’m big on that . I walked in and the young people working here told me that Grubhub had picked up my pizza under the name I provided but I thought that was super weird because when I placed my order online, I had chose the option to pay and pick up in store. They all apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make my order in a timely matter . The way they communicated as a team and approached the situation was very professional and friendly ! I was willing to pay for my order but they gave it to me for free. 10/10 experience even though I had to wait a few extra minutes , I did not mind because of how they handled the situation! Good workers!! Thank you !

Some employees are great and do good by following directions of preparation, and some are just learning or don’t pay attention and had me go multiple times back from home to return a wrongful prepared order with no consideration of compensation or an apology.

Not only did I receive a large speciality pizza for free, when we got there to pick it up, they were baking it. I didn’t know they baked them. Anyway, I said I didn’t want it baked, so they made me a brand new one, unbaked. WONDERFUL PLACE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
