Ordered carryout pizza. Young guy at the counter was cheerful, and told me of their daily specials. He said it would be a ten minute wait. At the 25 minute point someone finally saw me in their lobby and handed me a pizza that was still hot but getting hard around the edges. They said I was so quiet they didn’t know I was there, as if I had to be noisy and unruly to be recognized as a customer. Pizza had great taste.

Placed an order 4 Hours ahead of time to feed my work team. When the time came for the pizzas to be delivered, Papa John’s had not even started the order. The pizzas were delivered almost an hour later than expected. The excuse given was that the dinner rush came in and orders were pushed back. What is the point of ordering ahead?

My family loves Papa John’s but it takes forever to get because whoever is taking our order keeps sending it to the Moorhead papa John’s even after I ask them to make sure it is coming from the one by my house. Just to have them call me and make me to give all my info again. This has happened every time and gets very frustrating. When I asked why this keeps happening no one knows why.
