The food is always good but 9 out of the last ten times we have ordered pop with our delivery, we don’t get our drinks. A little ridiculous that they can’t seem to make sure we get our drinks with our food, the drinks we pay for. They did give me a refund for the drinks, so that was good. It’s just happened so many times now that my so was beginning to think somebody there just didn’t like him. So I created my own account and it still happened. I think they just don’t pay very close attention to the orders beyond the food. Oh well

Do not order for delivery from here. It will take 1.5-2 hours on a weeknight. The employees and manager do not care and the food won’t be hot when you get either.

Great pizza. I have to say the 3 gentleman working tonight, one the GM did a phenomenal job on the pizza. Sauce and cheese out to the crust and looked like they cared about the pizza.presentation was great unlike the over priced pizza joint that rhymes with schrumos. 10/10 would recommend this papa johns location and will be my go to pizza shop in town. Had a birthday party for my daughter, spent well over 100$ (107$ To be exact) , each gentleman that helped me was nice and had a solution to every problem even tho they were minor. Thank you gentleman for your patience and thank you to the Young lady that took time out her day to deliver the pizzas to my house . You guys are most definitely appreciated

Last 4 orders where garbage. 2 1/2 hour wait, then then next three times the food never actually came and I had to cancel the order after waiting 2 hours. Stop using DoorDash to deliver your food, and give a reasonable delivery estimate before I place the order. If it’s going to be an hour more than what was quoted then call me. Yikes folks, poor management for sure.

Rude and filthy. If I could give zero stars I would. The male worker started downtalking me to a customer because I asked for clarification about my order being late. Embarrassing customers/investors is unacceptable. The disrespect along with the unsanitary work conditions and unprofessional attitude. The BBB will be notified.

Staff were not able to offer a partial refund when they made an error on my pizza. I didn’t have time to wait for a new pizza, which they didnt offer anyways. When I called back to see if they could offer a coupon or other resolution, the manager was rude saying I swore at him and he couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t pay with a credit card or have a receipt.
