The lady that helped me was very professional. I come in and asked for thin crust pizza witch she told me only come in 14” so I ordered two and waited 15 minutes. I went back inside and looked they were not thin crust I did not have to ask anything she just looked at me said she was super sorry it was her mistake and would fix it with no problem. This is the sign of some that does not point the finger that does her job maybe she made the mistake but owned up to it what a breath of fresh air if she was in Wichita KS I would offer this lady a job. Way to go Papa John’s great experience will be back. Five stars forsure

I worked a full 12 hour day. Come to the hotel to order pizza and get ready for work tomorrow. I put my order online like everyone is pushing for these days and they still mess up my order. I ordered extra seasoning and garlic butter and only get one garlic butter and marinara. Food is great but it’s annoying to have to get a refund or even get someone back out my direction. I will continue my business with them but I will no longer trust their delivery. I will have to check everything before I because I can’t hold the delivery guy back because he constantly in a hurry. All they are doing is hurting their delivery guys tip with this. I work too many hours a day to have to struggle and back track everything to.

The food was great! The delivery was an hour late and I had ordered the day before. I had to call them to find out where my order was. I feel like they should have reached out to me when they knew they were going to be late. My orders in the future will be limited to times when my schedule is not critical. Again, the quality of the food was Great!

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza chain. I love the flavors and textures of the crusts, ingredients, and sauces… When they’re done right. Sadly, my pizzas today were underbaked. I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup yesterday (4/8) in the late afternoon, as well as 6 wings, placing my order on the phone with someone at the store. I was informed they’d be ready in 15 minutes, which surprised me. When I showed up about 20 minutes later the food was indeed hot and ready, but when I got home I discovered that both pizzas were very undercooked. The bottoms of the crusts appeared done but when biting into it you could tell that more than half the thickness of the bread was still dough. We tried putting them in the oven to finish cooking but this proved ineffective. They still tasted good but the texture of the crust was very goopy, and you could taste the uncooked dough. The wings, thankfully, seemed to be fully cooked and safe to eat, though it seemed like they were maybe barely cooked, if that makes sense? That could have been my imagination but that was sort of the impression that I got. Anyway, we were quite saddened by this experience and hope next time will be better.

Cook is the Manager and he’s on the phone, long line of people waiting. Order pizza came back 40 min. Later and it’s not in the oven and he’s still on the phone? Never again will I buy from them! Price is to high too!

I called before I ordered and asked delivery times to see if I should carry out or have it delivered. Time I was told was about normal. I’ve always done carryout., I’ve read enough bad reviews on delivery here. Also asked how to submit a request for only 1/2 of the pizza with cheese. He said he would accommodate my request. He not only remembered but I was notified that my order was on its way before I expected. I only specified the color of our house for the driver (I’ve had issues with companies locating our home because it’s a newly built house) We were eating in less than an hour from when I placed the order. Everything was on point. Not a usual Williston experience. Staff was nice, courteous and accommodating. Great Job!

ive ordered a total of 3 times here they always get something wrong on the order this last time i just ordered 1:30 mins ago there delivery driver took off with food marked it delivered and spoke to someone called john on the phone said it would be a refund or new order so i took the order since i was already hungry i called back to say ill just pick up since delivery is such a inconvenience he said “3mins “ then i asked again 3mins for pizza to be ready ? he said yeah i show up and they say 15mins its sort of ridiculous

So unorganized. Given wrong quote time after arriving. Was told my pizza was coming out of the oven and it would be 3 min. That turned into 30 min and then yelling saying they needed the other half of my order.
