I went in earlier today and my experience was amazing! The atmosphere was great and everyone there was seriously so sweet and down to earth. Both management and the lady who was at the counter was one of the best people i’ve ran into in a pizza place!! Also- for food, my food was super warm and amazing even after the 30 minute drive home! 10/10 suggest these guys .

Ordered a pizza, waited over an hour for delivery. Finally called store and opening manager tells me that the driver is in his way back to store. We have no pizza, nor does the hotel front desk. I ask for refund, and Jay (who was very nice by the way) instructs me to call the 24th St location to surreal with general manager. I call, and wait on hold for over 45 minutes with no answer. I contact PJ customer service which is outsourced overseas of course, and they tell me that I need to do the same thing. I call back to the store and sit on hold.

This isn’t how pizza is to look like. And delivery driver dropped them or had them sitting side ways in the car, and didn’t even take the time to makes sure that the food wasn’t damage. Had to drive from the south side to get it fix and just to be told I have to wait 45 mins longer. Thanks for not caring and taking pride in your work. Will never order from these guys again.

Staff was friendly and thats why they got 1 star. It took an hour for 1 pizza. They were playing vulgar music. I felt bad for the little girl that was standing inside with her dad. But I think the worst part was that the employees were tossing their hair over the pizza that they were preparing. No gloves were being worn. Probably the least sanitary restaurant I have been to.

I ordered pizza at 745, got a text at 820 that it was ready. I got there around 845 and the doors were locked! The front doors said the store is closed at 10 and I looked online…same thing. So I called the store and the answering machine said the store was closed! Pizza was only 20 bucks so not worth my time to even dispute, but figured I’d post this quick.
