Just ordered and picked up their special Pepperoni Pizza with Pizza in the crust. My first Papa John’s experience. There was exactly 1 piece of pepperoni on the entire pie. The crust was good, but jeez……there were about 100 less pieces of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza than the advertisements. So, this was my first – and now last – trip to Papa John’s. I should have opened the box at the store….but I trusted them. Bizarre, false advertising, pathetic. Have to look close, but it’s the top right of the screen.

Delish! Definitely top 3 for flavor and composition. Not necessarily a dine in spot, but there is seating in the store. Staff is courteous even in the rush times, which is hard to do these days. Good job Papa Johns! I’ll recommend your spot always.

Drove to this town all the way from Las Vegas. Checked in at the Ramada and needed food ASAP. Saw this place when I drove towards the Ramada and decided that’s the first thing I wanted after checking in my entire family and pets after 15 hours of driving. Exhausted I try to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel. Being as I’m not actually putting in and order I had to select #5 for a manager complaint or anything else I was immediately placed on hold after several rings and just left there for several minutes. So I hang up call back and select option 2 to place and order. I get an automated message stating this option is an error. Thinking I did something wrong I called back and tried again same.thing happened! So if you want to put in a phone order it’s apparently an error. So last attempt to find out if they deliver to the Ramada I again chose option 5. This time I get sent to hold after only 2rings! So I call my hotels front desk because they would know right? They said yes they do deliver here and kindly told me to enjoy my pizza (they are awesome here). But I noticed this place has so many 1 stars as of recently and you get an error message if you select to order over the phone then if there’s an issue and you need to speak with a manager you will never get an opportunity to speak with one. So I decided to order from dominos. I put my order in and then received my order in less time it took to find out if Papa John’s delivers to the Ramada. I gotta say idk if it’s because I’m extremely tired and exhausted or super hungry but it was the best bbq pizza I ever had! Love the pan crust perfect texture and flavor. So forget this place just order from DOMINOS if you’re passing through.

Sad, disappointed! 2nd try for them. Canadian bacon is slit strip of ham, and it was sparce along with 9 tiny pieces of of pineapple. New York style doesn’t exist.

I ordered and paid in store to have delivered at a later time. I babysit on some days for extra money and have a specific schedule for those parents. They delivered way early and kids wanted pizza as their parents picked them up but the order was to be for the night shift kids. Called and complained. Said they’d give me discount but never happened. My $60 something order turned into spending my earnings of my job spent on a second dinner. They screwed me, was rude about it and never refunded me. I’m so disappointed. I felt they didnt care and doesn’t take accountability. Kinda bummed. Never again.

Ordered and followed the tracker. Said pizza was delivered and yet…no pizza. We tried to call, and were listening to the ringing for 45 minutes straight. We tried multiple calls/cell phones to be sure it wasn’t our connection. Honestly, this place is a joke. While I was “on hold” trying to figure out why my pizza wasn’t here yet we called Dominoes and had that delivered. As in, my roommate ordered pizza on her phone, they confirmed, arrived, and handed her the pizza while I was still on hold. I would really recommend you not waste your time with this establishment.

I ordered contactless delivery last night…they pull up and knock on my door to Hand me my pizza! Open the box, the crust is thin as paper and the the pizza stays in the box and only the crust comes out when I take a piece out! It’s soggy AF! I call the store…I get put on hold…this morning too! Overpriced! And not good!!!! $47.47 was my total for pizza we didn’t eat! Never again Papa Johns u disappointed!
