I’m so tired of this place, I’ve never had a papa John’s be so consistently bad! I’ve traveled half of the U.S. and this is by far the worst papa John’s out of the dozens I been to this is the worst!! It always over cooked I assume because they have the oven temp up to high, or they are just putting everyone food back thru it halfway for whatever reason. This will be the 3rd time I’ve contacted corporate in 3 months

The most unprofessional delivery and customer service ever. This store and delivery driver need to be fired! All my 5 pizzas were delivered and swung around to make the pizzas look like someone chewed them and were spat out! Do not waste your money at this nasty location.

Second time ordering here two days in a row.. I thought I would have a better experience but I was proven wrong. The first time I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and onions on one side of the pizza and just cheese on the other. When I got the pizza there were no green peppers. I brushed it off and thought maybe it was a mistake. Today I ordered the exact same thing and hardly any green peppers or even mushrooms on there today, and I don’t understand why because yesterday there was a good amount of mushrooms and now today it’s lacking??

My grand children and I were staying at Great Wolf Lodge we are from Indiana. Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas received pizza uncut. Called store and manager Chris he asked for a picture of the uncut pizzas then promised to resend our order never received it . Called the next day and the same manager stated his driver delivered the pizza. Well we never received it. He stated if we wanted the pizza we had to pick it up the original order was for delivery why should we have to come to the store and pick it up. He was very rude and nasty I told him I would be reporting him to papa john’s corporate office he said “good luck figuring out our store number” he then hung up.

Honest Opinion
I’ve lived here a year and have yet to have a good experience at this location. Today I had to take my own pizza and leave money on the counter due to employee continuing to look for something instead of helping me, a paying customer Illinois is the worst food experience I’ve ever had at every establishment. Seriously can’t wait for everyone to be replaced with vending machines and self-serve kiosk
