Ordered 1 med pepperoni with 3 extra garlic butter packs. I set it up to receive an sms message when my pizza was ready. I never received a message, they gave me an open pack of melted garlic butter that ruined my coat pocket and they gave me an uncut pizza. Thanks Papa John’s!

It was my first experience with Papa Johns, and it wasn’t the best one . The food is very good, but never order it for delivery. They partner with Door Dash and that delivery was a disaster! I was waiting for the delivery forever, and finally when I checked online, I found out that my food was already delivered! The Door Dash driver did not knock or ring the door bell to let me know that the food is there. He simply threw the boxes of pizza on the front porch in the outside temps of 20s and left. So when we discovered the food just laying there it was already frozen . Called the Papa Johns and the Door Dash customer support to report it. None of them really cared . So just to warn you, opt for dine-in or carry out, do not order delivery!

The pizza I ate here was horrible. I specifically put well done when I placed online and the pizza was undercooked . The toppings were falling apart and the dough was very soft and soggy .Whoever made that pizza clearly needs more training or shouldn’t be working there at all . They also had 2 high school curly head kids making the pizza and just goofing around .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I live 10 Minutes aways from papa John’s I ordered food for my family for delivery and 2 hours later still didn’t have anything I call the number they hangout on my 11 times I call the corporate number they transfer me to a different number with out answer!! HORRIBLE customer service they charge me for the food and never got anything!! I drove to the place and they told me that the previous worker have cancel the order but I still got charged please don’t go to algonquin Illinois location they unprofessional and customer careless!!

I had completed a survey for papa johns after having a frustrating experience where an instruction I mentioned was not followed. (I said to leave the pizza uncut because, as a vegetarian, I was concerned the cutter would have touched meat.) I was surprised to see the outcome! Someone from this location reached out to me directly, provided insight that was very helpful (apparently a separate cutter is used for non-meat pizzas!,) and offered a promo code for a new order. I appreciated the way this was handled and how the team went above and beyond to assuage my concerns, and to offer something to make the whole experience better. Thanks, Keri!
