We placed an order with this location and incorrect food was delivered. Instead of attempting to fix the problem we were told simply what we can’t get done. Now after repeated calls to the store with no answer I’m left with the only recourse I have avail. It’s not the first time something like this has occurred with this store and this manager but we continue to try and order because we do enjoy the pizza.

I got a gift card last Christmas and I finally decided to use it and I got a specialty pizza. The specialty pizzas are definitely unique and they have a lot of different varieties. This store is a bit hard to find because it’s in the back of the strip mall so if you don’t know where it is I definitely recommend Google Maps. I didn’t call ahead so it took about 25 minutes but they have a bench there that you can sit down and wait for your pizza. So overall I think it was a good experience and the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the food.

Ordered the new NY style pizza with pepperoni from the Papa John’s website and it was so good! Delivery originally said 80 min but came much faster. Would definitely order the NY style again. I think I like it better than their regular pizza.

First of all their app is messed up. I triple checked and it defaulted to an address I don’t even use anymore which I tried to delete previously. Ultimately, I find out they deliver through Doordash and went through stuff with the driver telling me to go on the app when I kept asking him is he from Papa John’s. Then I call the store to let him know I never received my pizza and I’d like a refund. They refused because they said the pizza left but I still never received. I was very upset after a very hard day and this was the icing on the cake! They left me some message that they could only refund 50% about 10 or 15 minutes later. This left me more frustrated. I now have to deal with their corporate office or end up most likely with a chargeback. I will be deleting the app and boycotting this business entirely due the fact they ripped me off!

I tried to order dinner, however after 15 min of their presumptive delivery I had still not received my order, so I called the established to speak with the manager and literally could not understand a single word he was saying so I politely asked for someone who could speak english.. 10min later I received a call from ur papa johns manager telling me he canceled my order based upon my honest of not understanding his language. I’m staring at a flyer with 4 different parmesan crusted papadias. I order online and after hitting send immediately see my orders are plain not the parmesan crusted as advertised. I immediately call the store and ask if they could just throw that on (same price). The answer was no- the worker called the store manager who also said…. NO!!! What? never again, thanks but no thanks.
