Food is usually great, however, absolutely frustrating when you wait 2.5 hours for your delivery to then find out that the deliverer stole the food. I ordered through the store, not a third party app. My delivery was never delivered so I called the store and was told that they have no way to track the driver. When I asked if they knew the name of the driver or have any way of contacting the driver to ask what’s going on, they said no. How can you send out food to some nameless stranger and trust them to deliver it? Instead of resending the order, this store canceled the order without my knowledge and did not offer a refund. This has never happened at any other store locations so whoever is managing this one is NOT doing a good job.

Last time my household orders food to be delivered. Had an order placed at 8:03pm and just now getting the food at 9:40pm. And they had me on hold for 20 minutes in hopes the delivery driver would make it to me before I got to them because I was on my way to their store to have them cancel my order. While on the phone, I wanted the order canceled and they insisted I be patient after waiting almost 2 hours for my food. Papa Johns use to be my household go to for food. They just lost a customer.

I ordered delivery 3 hours ago and called after the website said my order had been delivered and no order was delivered. Then I called and called and called and was put on hold for minutes on end. The manager tried to gaslight me into thinking they delivered my order, and I just misplaced it and the driver was being contacted. After 1 hour I started calling and made 15 calls to this store getting put on hold and hung up on. Being lied to and them thinking I would continue to wait. no one helped me until I drove to the store after my order never got delivered. If you are from out of town be warned DO NOT. ORDER from them. This is horrible service and they should not be in business anymore. Yet they will continue to get away with lying to the public.

I ordered delivery because I could not drive due to an injury. This Papa Johns is only 8 minutes from my house. The order was 35 minutes late and the pizza was cold. It was also undercooked and with almost no ingredients. In fact there was so little tomato sauce on the pizza I could barely taste it. I basically over-payed for cold salty bread.

Don’t order from this branch. 2.5 hours waiting for my order and I’m still waiting. When I call they keep saying it’s on the way. App has been marked as delivered for an hour but when I call they said to disregard that and that it’s on the way. Update: order arrived after 2 hours and 55 minutes and pizza had no ingredients on top, barely any sauce and cheese and no pepperoni.

One of the worst pizza experiences I have ever had. Pizza took 2 hrs to cook and then the driver stole it. I called, trying to rectify, and the woman put me on hold and refused to answer. Will be disputing the order with my cc company since they refuse to pick up the phone in order to get me a refund.

Ordered Drive up pick up and have been waiting for 20minutes. No one comes out. So I called and they lied with saying there has been no car waiting on the spot. So I went in and they said “next time just park in front of the store” and yet it is no parking for fire lane zone they were referring to.

I’m leaving a 5 star because I’m fully aware this franchise overworks their staff. I ordered my pizza after realizing I showed up to my Amazon shift on a night I don’t work. Go me! So I waited in my car for my pizza to get done. I watched no less than 5 customers walk in and out with their pizzas for the twenty minutes I was sitting in the parking lot(My pizza did not take that long. I had to reenter my payment info in google pay so it took me a minute). When my pizza was finished(less than ten minutes after I ordered it) I walk in and was surprised to see only one young man in there. I didn’t catch his name, dark hair and eyes, looked young maybe in his teens. I glanced in the back but it looked like he was indeed alone. He was very sweet despite me interrupting what it appeared to be him tidying up(I know that can be tough to do when you’re having a constant string of customers). He went to the back to pack up my pizza which only further solidified my suspicion of him being alone. He handed it over told me to have a good night and I told him to have one as well. This guy in less than twenty minutes made no less than 6 pizzas by himself, had this store looking cleaner than I’ve ever seen it and still had a smile on his face. If this guy DOESN’T get a raise, I’ll be very upset. He absolutely deserves it. -written at 11:07pm on 08/25/22
