Hello all, I’m taking the time to post about the awful experience I had with this particular pizza place. As I was paying I happened to open my pizza box and seen it was made wrong. I notified the worker immediately and he showed absolutely NO type of desire to correct the issue but instead argued with me about the topping and kept ringing me up! Where is the customer service?? At the end I ended up paying for a pizza that I did not eat. I will never return to this particular establishment in fear of some kind of retaliation to my food. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this review so he/she can see what type of inexperienced people they have working for them, representing their name. I guess the old saying is true, “it’s hard to find good help”..

Very friendly and honest, but that’s it. I waited for over half an hour for my order when they originally told me ot would only be 10 mins. There were a handful of other people who walked in also told 20-30 min wait time for their pickups with uber eats. More workers needed to keep up.

This PJ is the worst- I have consistently received poor quality of food, doesn’t matter what it is or when it is. The delivery time is redic and so is the customer service. If you can go anywhere else- I suggest you do!!

Very unsanitary employees The cashier was making a pizza and messing with money from the register and scratching his skull at the same time without washing his hands back and forth over and over.. I love papa John’s but worst $35 I ever spent. Avoid this location and yes I did puke.

I absolutely love this Papa John’s, my pizza is never made wrong, never overdone (as of late), perfect cuts, and they always remember the sauce cups. Might I add that rather enjoy employees and management, my family has ordered here for some time, I think they’ve finally got a winning team. It took them a few month trial, you can just tell by the energy of the store and how much more welcoming it is. Amazing job!

Usually my experience is great! Just this last time the delivery driver didn’t respect the no contact order and tried to drive off with my food and forgot a part of my order but the lovely staff at the papa john gave me my money back and a apology which I appreciate. Will order again definitely. Some women’s name that started with a B helped me and she was really nice.
