Pre ordered a pizza to be delivered 3 min away from them at 11am. Turns out, Door Dash does all their daytime deliveries and delivered it 30 min early. Also, because of this, you’re charged $4.99 for the delivery!!! That’s some bull ! Then the manager tells me they have no control over this..?! Well for the driver to deliver the pizza 30 min early, that means YOU made and cooked the pizza WAY TOO EARLY!

Do you see this pizza!? Oh yes it is as scrumptious and perfectly made as it looks! I typically go for an Italian restaurant if I want pizza but I decided to go with Papa John’s tonight and I am certainly glad I did… I am from out of town and I just wanted something quick and easy! I can’t tell you the crew members names but when I walked into the facility everyone was respectful they had masks on and it was a quick and easy transaction. The store was clean and neat looking even behind the counter. I’m sure we are all used to hearing about how bad a place is but I was just super impressed. Great job guys!

Ordered their new papa bowl and some garlic parmesan breadsticks. The breadsticks were dry with next to no topping and the bowl was really watery. I called them and they sent out a replacement. I really don’t recommend the bowl thing tho. It was spicy which is fine but otherwise didn’t have much taste. Breadsticks were much better tho. The second driver seemed like he was expecting a tip too, which after all the fees they charge, i don’t think we should have to tip on top of but I did tip the original driver, so I wasn’t tipping again. I have noticed over the past few times I’ve ordered that the quality of the food has gone down. The workers just throw it together with little ingredients and overcook it so the crusts are too hard to eat. Only reason why I have been still ordering from them is because they deliver to where I live. If it weren’t for the fact that they replaced my order right away and the breadsticks were better this time they would’ve gotten less stars.

Two weeks ago I placed an online order for one, just one stuffed crust with two toppings. Not only did I wait two hours, and I am not exaggerating, but they made the wrong pizza. I had already waited too long and was not going to wait to feed my family any longer so I decided to accept their offer for a “credit” on my account. Well, I called to order at the Yorkville location just now and not only could did they not find my credit, but they also couldn’t find a manager to speak with. This is the only location close to my house and my children love the crust, so I felt compelled to continue buying there. I just don’t feel comfortable ordering from them any longer after this.

The customer service is great, they are always so quick and polite, ordered a couple pizzas and was told someone canceled an order so they offered me the 3rd pizza!!! Thank you to the gentleman that helped me, I didn’t catch his name but it’s little things like this that make the Yorkville papa John’s shine from all the other pizza joints in town. KCCO!

Awful experience. Ordered for carry out and still had to wait about 45 minutes after the app said it was ready. Four different employees came to my car each asking for our order name, complete chaos. The only actual helpful person was an older gentleman who had just come back from a delivery.
