Waited almost 2 hours (tracker said 34 minute wait the entire time) to receive 2 pizzas with room temperature toppings and congealed cheese on over cooked dough and crust with the consistency of cold cardboard. With literally thousands of experiences to choose from, this may very well be the WORST pizza I have ever had delivered. Ever. Maybe having one delivery driver for the opening day in the NFL isn’t good business? Just awful. The 2 liter was the only ordered item that was edible.

Call center in Pakistan. I speak Spanish, and I knew I didn’t recognize the accent, and that I was having trouble understanding her, but it wasn’t until they screwed up the order for my kindergarteners that I found out about the call center. Thr manager refused to do anything about it, since the mistake originated in Pakistan. She was very lackadaisical in her response, telling me that it didn’t matter at all that I would complain online, as all complaints are returned to her anyway. I was scheduled for brain surgery the next day, reducing, not increasing my stress level.

I don’t like the people there how they treat people. Last night they came out with my pizza. And 2 l pot took it to the wrong apartment. They should have looked down the box and looked at department numbers. In this building, they would have brought me my pizza on time.

Ordered, my order was never delivered. I called and they said they did not receive my order, but I had an email confirmation with order number, and my credit card was charged. The shift manager refused to do anything. I had to call 800 number, about a half hour later they canceled my order and refunded my credit card. No apology for THEIR mistake. Ended up eating at another area restaurant with much better service. Will NEVER go back.
