Honestly im disappointed I love papa johns but today i ordered wings and ranch cup was slightly opened and had looked like it was already used or had been sitting out for a while and was very slimy. This is not what I wanted and I am VERY disappointed.

Never got any food period !!!!! Door and windows were broken in , WAY BEHIND. NEVER told us that when ordering from Mossville Il. 20 miles there and another back with nothing ON FATHERS DAY!!!! WHILE WAITING THE phone was ringing and it was NEVER ANSWERED. WE WENT back to Chillicothe and got the pizzas at Castaways instead. Forget papa johns!!!

Horrible service. Called order in for pickup was told it would be 30 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes and waited in line for 15 minutes. Got to cash register and was asked my name and was told it would be another 25 minutes before my food would be put in oven. I cancelled order and left.

Sad to say I love papa John’s but this is the most disgusting restaurant I ever been in , people are not wearing hair nets , they are sweating over the foof and on top of that they have no gloves nor to mention the wait is over an 1hr long for one pizza

I gave this location 2 chances. I like a “well done” bake but they almost fully carbonized the pizza. It was largely inedible. The slices were not cut at all and the cheese was so light. I tried again tonight and ordered extra cheese/normal bake. The cheese was still barely there and the black olives tasted terribly. How do you mess up black olives? On schedule, the pizza was barely cut also. Avoid altogether–there’s no hope for the Sheridan location.

I ordered pizza and bread sticks and got charged for all of it, but I didn’t get the bread sticks. I hope I get a refund for the food I didn’t get yet paid for. I’ll be calling in the morning about it. Delivery driver was rude and took off before I could even ask where the rest of my order was.

Last time ordering from this Papa John’s on Sheridan. As I’m waiting on my order I see a guy flipping the dough around dirty hands, dirty coat and no gloves. The dough landing all on the sleeves of his NASTY DIRTY coat. He’s handling cash with no gloves which has tons of germs. I’m sure the health department wouldn’t approve of that.
