Today has been the most difficult/frustrating time I have had with this location. The two guys making the pizzas at this place, are the most incompetent employees ever. The order said it will be done in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, when I got there 30 minutes had passed from the time I placed the order and they hadn’t even started making the pizzas when I arrived to pick up my order. they said oh my bad we didn’t see the order,it will take another 15 to 20 minutes them while smirking and making a joke about it the entire time, what a pathetic excuse. Papa johns please train you crew right so they don’t waste people’s time. I don’t recommend this place at all. There’s plenty of other better pizza joints around town, save your self from going through the same experience as I did and go somewhere else.

Our pizza tasted really good, and the staff was nice. But the dining option is completely misleading! You cannot dine in here. There are no tables and wait staff. There is one counter with some chairs against the window that you could eat at, but it would not be comfortable. It is hot and noisy with no bathroom in sight. if you did eat at the counter, you would be in the way of others walking in and out to order and get their pizza.

So I just ordered pizza from Papa John’s and the first pizza was made correctly but was missing the spicy Italian sausage (which was $5 extra), so I contacted the location and informed them that it was made missing my Italian sausage on my pizza. I was told that I could have it credited back or a new one delivered. So I really wanted my pizza, so I asked for a remake. Waiting an extra 20 minutes to come for the one to come to be under cooked and just sauce in a big chunk of the pizza and an overly rushed job. I am big on tipping so I tipped the driver $10 the first time he came. But then assuming it was going to be too notch upon it coming back for it to look like this second photo. Very disappointed.

We placed an $80 order here at 12:30, expecting it to be a while we waited until the hour and a half mark to call. We had to call 8 times to get through the someone. When we finally got through to someone the “manager” told us that the order was voided and cancelled and they did not have a reason. He said they were busy and pretty much blamed me for not calling sooner. Will never be ordering from here again

This store is hit or miss. Mostly hit. I get the same pizza every time. Large with pepperoni and double extra cheese. I love cheese! But there are times when there’s barely cheese, let alone extra. They don’t use the shaping machine and stick to hand tossing, which I prefer. When they use the machine, there is way too much flour in the bottom of the crust. I have noticed recently that the “cheese lock” keeps migrating into thy center… meaning the crust keeps getting larger and toppings more sparse. Joe is a good manager and knows how to treat his repeat customers like me. All in all… it’s a good store.
