I ordered papadias & a 2 liter of Pepsi. The Philly chz papdia was all onions and cheese, the Pepsi was flat and the pepperoni & sausage papadia hardly had any pepperoni on it. I tried to call the store but didn’t get an answer, called again and got a call center then was told to call corporate. After speaking to corporate, I was told that someone would be in contact within 48 hours with a resolution. It has been 4 days & I haven’t heard from anyone. So I called the store, again I get a call center telling me they’re unable to connect me to the store. Then I called corporate back & they asked me to hold for the supervisor. They came back on the line with the assistant manager of the store who had a terrible attitude then when I asked why I couldn’t speak to a manager that would rectify this situation the assistant manager of the store hung the phone up disconnecting me from the corporate phone call as well. So I called the store again…call center answered and said they couldn’t connect me to the store. Like what in the Hell is going on? This is a freaking nightmare and so unnecessary!!!!!

Decent pizza with sub-par services for the very high price. You will have to wait a very, very long time for your pizza. (We had a 2 hour wait time for 2 cheese pizzas and breadsticks @ $55). If you call in, employee’s will NOT want to talk with you and frequently hang up on you before you are through speaking. Pickup is chaotic and there are usually way to many employees, usually focused on talking and the days events over getting pizza’s out the door. Last time I was in the dining area it was quite unclean and in dire need of some attention. With all the pizza options in Mattoon, save yourself some money and time and try another option.

I order Pizza on Jan,4th at 11:15pm when we received the pizza it was raw. We called back as soon as we noticed it was raw and the manager said she already shut the ovens off and would give me a full refund and replace my order. I call back on Jan,8th to get my replacement and had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest manger I’ve ever spoke to at any business. If I was told I was going to receive a full refund and have my food replaced that should stand. I will never order there again and it’s very clear this is poor management!

Well I tried calling my local store to place an order for delivery since the app doesn’t give that option.. order was all wrong.. I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks with 2 cups of cheese sauce..I got a cheese pizza with pepperoni stuffed crust no pepperoni on the pizza.. I got 1 cup of cheese sauce and 1 cup of marinara sauce..so I guess if I order again I’ll do it on line so the person reading my order can at least understand what I’m saying..

This happens to be the second time this has happened I called order two pizza the answer service said the order went threw it be 25 min never showed they stated I had to have it delivered lobby closed at 10 I order way before midnight there closen hour.this happens to be the second time this has happened so I went to the store maleia was the manager there when I got there she was rude and disrespectful I told her I had order it at about 11:20 and they gave me time of delivery and that order went threw this was at 1228 when I decided to drive over to see why it wasn’t delivered and they was still there and she told me she didn’t know what to tell me I order two late so I guess even though they said 25 to 30 min it be delivered u got to order two hour in advance I order two lrg and did not appreciate the manger attitude

The value is exceptional if you stick to the carry out specials on their website. The last pizza I got was a large 3 topping with extra sauce. I couldn’t help but notice that it just felt heavy while walking to the car. Best pizza I’ve had from Papa John’s.
