Whoever owns this place must be frugal. It seems like the employees are orded to use less than the standard amout of ingredients. I received a pizza ith a 3+ inch edge crust, an icing cup that was only 1/4 filled and peppers that had to have been taken from a different pizza box. My pizza was cold even tho it was pulled from a heat bag. It must have been leftovers from a different order. I’m officially done with this place.

Not long ago when I got out of the hospital I couldn’t drive so I called Papa John’s in Granite City to deliver. Long story short, The driver rang my doorbell 10 minutes later, now I ordered wings and bites and a pizza, well the pizza got there and it was half cooked that accounts for the 10 minutes to show up at the door so I called up Papa John’s in Granite City The manager was very very rude and told me that I need to drive up there to bring their pizza back and he would see what he could do when I told him I can’t drive he told me there’s nothing he can do about it. I asked what his name was he told me he didn’t have to give me his name and hung up on me. I’m just guessing now but seems to me the manager felt that by rushing the pizza through the oven he could decrease his delivery times and decrease the delivery backlog. Won’t be going there again

This service is extremely poor I ordered a pizza and garlic knots at 5:45pm and it was never delivered! Never again will I use this service again as long as I live. You guys have a lot of work to do in order to better serve your customers. Thanks for nothing.

Delivery driver refused to accept cash for a $50 order stating it is company policy. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she said there was nothing she could do as it is store policy. Being a truck driver I order from various pizza places all over the country. I have never had a problem like this before. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s again nor will anyone I know. The driver actually told me I had to give him the food back after I gave him cash. This is the worst service I have ever received by any restaurant. Order number 990565402

Ordered the Shaq at 10am for my son. It was 18-23 minutes estimated delivery time. At 10:45 called the store and was told she only had 1 driver and my order was the next to go out. The pizza was delivered at 11:22 am. The pizza was far from being hot. Order #999360701
