Ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza I live too far for delivery so I always try and catch someone coming out to my house to bring it I got the pizza thick crust with pepperoni hardly any cheese it looked nasty and the neighbors said it tasted nasty (I didn’t eat it)

Last week we tried to order pizzas and it said it would take 2 hours so we canceled. Tonight we placed an order online at 7:30pm and it said it would be ready by 9:13. I even called at 8:03 just to make sure and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. We looked on the track your pizza and it said it was still baking. My husband gets there at 9:15pm to be told it still was not ready. This service is not acceptable. I get folks don’t want to work but shut down carry out and do pick up or Uber only. Very disappointed.

Order two large pizza and one order of bread sticks. They told me 40 mins. So I get there they tell me another 15 mins. So I go to the car and wait. Go back in there and the lady said what’s your name. I told her and she said oh let me make your pizzas now so it will be another 5 to 10 min wait. I don’t recommend anyone going there.

Worst food I had ever. They don’t follow any hygiene rules, they were eating at the same time during making my pizza, they never wash there hand . Moreover, the pizza was too bad , I spent 27 $ for just 1 medium pizza , it’s too expensive. I never had so expensive and worst pizza in my life. Never going to buy pizza from any papa Johns .

The people working here aren’t very professional, and almost every time we order cheese sticks, half of the sticks don’t have cheese, it’s just overcooked flat bread. And then when they slice anything you get all sorts of different sizes, it’s not good at all. I’d say either raise your hiring standards, raise your teaching standards, or just save face and close up shop

If you are visiting the area and are staying in a hotel, they will leave your food at the front desk and not call you. Even if you give them your room number. By the time I realized it was delivered, and left at the front desk with no notification, it was cold. And I’m mad I tipped to be jipped tbh.

Awful service. Don’t go here. Ordered food and they marked it as delivered , when I called to inquire I spent 15 minutes on hold. Then when they answered they said they would call me right back after speaking to the driver. She called and told me she delivered it to my address but there was clearly a mistake on her part and she gave someone a free pizza. Then she put me on hold for 15 minutes before I went down to the store where they still tried to tell me that they delivered it to me , and then wouldn’t offer a refund until I specifically said I wanted one.
