Some of the worst customer service I have ever gotten. And it was over pizza. I made an online pickup order. I arrived perfectly on time, I could literally see my order sitting on the shelf. There was one man working register and two women working the kitchen. When I entered I told one of the women I had a pickup order. I figured, since I had already paid, they could just ask me my name and hand me my food. I was mistaken. She told me to wait for her coworker to finish on the phone. So while she and her coworker in the kitchen sat on their phones, I stood waiting to be helped for 10 minutes. Finally once he’s off the phone one of the WOMEN asks me for my name. Seriously? You waited this entire time? That’s what I said when she handed me my food. “Is that really it? That’s what you were waiting for?” I assumed there was good reason the two women in the kitchen on their cellphones couldn’t help, so I waited. And then he finished his phone call and they helped me anyway! Standing around for 10 minutes when my food is getting cold on the shelf 5 feet away and nobody wants to wait on me. What a joke. Also being on your phone + handling food in the SAME GLOVES is disgusting.

So a major storms comes through the area. We had been without power for 2 days, so we decided stay in a hotel room to get some relief, take a shower and charge our electronics. The hotel was 3 buildings or so down from Papa John’s on Freedom Drive in Springfield. We ordered the pizza, from some guy who I could barely understand. Once the pizza delivery guy shows up he has the worst attitude I have ever seen. He wouldn’t acknowledge me in any way. He basically shoves the pizza into my hands and walks away without saying a word. And to top it off the pizza was horrible. Definitely the last time I will ever order anything from this, or any other Papa John’s.

Upset on the pizza’ s we received. Bought two pizza’s that should have been XL. One was an XL and the other was a large. One was round and the other oval. Both pizza’s were not cut correctly. The boxes were not folded correctly. It’s not difficult to do the things they got wrong. You need to hire better employees.

Ordered a pepperoni and black olive pizza and got a pepperoni. Called in to complain and I’m told there is nothing they can do to help me. The call center that takes your order for them is in another country and is super hard to understand and they obviously do not understand you. I figured they would try to make it right. That was very wrong

Everything is trash. I get take out and the employees are cussing and throwing the dough on the counter as hard as they can. They are all arguing when there are children in the building. I have gotten delivery before and waited two hours for a cold pizza. This place needs to close or get some better employees.

Manager is very rude. Our order was delivered after a two hour wait. The driver told me they made the order wrong and had to remake it. The 2 hour wait would have been okay if it was edible. NO cheese in the center… about 1/2 of the pizza. Our half and half pizza was made with all toppings on both sides. When I called the store, the female manager first argued with me about what I ordered. She finally agreed the order was made wrong. She stated they only had two people and they were swamped. I do feel for businesses in this situation, but I paid 30 dollars for a two hour delivery and a pizza not made the way I ordered it AND it was nasty. I did talk her into a free replacement pizza…but she did not offer it. If I get the replacement pizza, I will never order from there again.

Friend ordered $60 worth of pizza for a shift of first responders Ordered the pizza at 6:15 p.m. and at 9:00 p.m. they told him the order was “void” because they changed there “delivery zones”. He called back to get a refund and was hung up on multiple times. Called back again and they let the phone ring for 5 minutes. Altogether they called 8 times and never got a refund and barely an explanation. Horrible customer service. Stole my friends money and denied first responders who are working long shifts and saving lives a good dinner. Despicable.
