If I could give this place a negative I would night manager is so disrespectful got home with our pizza and all the cheese was completely off of it called her she continue to argue with me telling me she seen the pizza and it was my fault then told me not to talk to her until I had some sense called another Papa John’s, and they were willing to remake me. My pizza got home started eating and realized there is a long-haired baked in our other pizza. Just flushed $50 down the drain not worth your time or your money here.

This place is absolutely horrible. We’ve ordered from here twice. Both times it took almost two hours to receive our pizza and the second time, our pizza had no sauce and no stuffed crust as ordered. We were able to stop the delivery man and tell him. His response was “Don’t call them now, they won’t answer bc its busy and they are disorganized” This place is a joke.

Ordered a pizza online at 4:30pm, pizza was delivered to the incorrect address. I called at 6pm to tell them pizza was delivered to the wrong address, employee said pizza would be remade and would be delivered within 45 minutes to the correct address. Called at 7:30 employee told me pizza had just left the store and was on the way to my house. It’s now 8:15 and the pizza still has not arrived. Absolutely ridiculous!

I want to start by saying that I prefer Papa John’s pizza to any other chain-based pizza available. That, coupled with the fact they are in the same parking lot as our store, would mean that they would be a go-to choice when we order lunch for the staff. But this is the worst place go for pizza. They are staffed exclusively by rude, dirty ingrates. We happily go further away to pay more for worse pizza than deal with these losers.

Very bad experience. I would have left a 0 star if it would have let me. On 5/10/23 A lady who called herself a manager was way out of line ,wouldn’t give her name and screamed at my daughter saying swear words. No regards for customer service what so ever !! You can call it what you want but a bad attitude is a sign of negativity. She had no ethics, morals, etc. I don’t appreciate how she handled herself. There is a difference between right and wrong !!!

I don’t even want to leave a star. My boyfriend only worked for a few days, did everything by the book, and now the general manager is accusing him of stealing. Has no proof, no nothing, and so he was fired. When in reality he quit because she made him do all the work and would yell at him. He was not treated as a human in that place. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, to order from nor work here

Curbside pickup was not ready when it was supposed to be. We had to wait half an hour past what we scheduled, and it’s cold outside. Then the pizzas looked too small for larges, and the toppings didn’t reach anywhere near the edge of the pizza. I measured the pizza (while my husband laughed at me) to make sure it wasn’t just us thinking they looked small. They were 13″ diameter and larges are supposed to be 14″ diameter at Papa John’s. The toppings were more than 2″ from the edge of the crust in some places. I could do the math about how much topped pizza that gave us compared to how much we should have had, but my husband would laugh at me more. I wouldn’t have complained about one of those things, but all three combined… they are just not doing well. Our 11″ of topped pizza tasted good though.

Lazy delivery drivers steal doordashers tips at this location. Delivered food and was informed by the customer of the tip that was left yet my order said 0 tip. Disgusting business practices!
