I normally have a good experience here, as well as good pizza. However, I recently ordered a couple of “New York Style” pizzas b/c they just looked good in the commercials and I figured I’d give them a try. When I got home and opened the boxes, I saw what amounted to two, basic Large pizzas. Nothing special about them, unless you think having a couple pieces without a crust is special (see pic’s) If you feel ordering a supposed larger “New York Style” should actually give you a larger pizza than normal, then I would pass. The pepperoni is the most blatant of all and you can easily see that it doesn’t come close to filling out the box. Naturally, I wouldn’t advise ordering the New York Style from them and I’ll likely be looking elsewhere for my pizza fix for at least the short-term. I did review the order through their corporate review but have received no feedback since. I paid $3-$4 extra per pizza for the “New York Style” vs a normal large so I feel like I’m out money I shouldn’t have been.

This is the first time I had ever purchased from this Papa John’s and it will definitely be the last. I was passing through the area and noticed a Papa John’s so I figured I’d order pizza. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever ordered. When I got home and took a slice out of the box, the majority of my toppings fell right off. Upon further inspection, there was almost no cheese on this pizza. A couple slices had an acceptable amount but the rest of the pizza had just a couple pieces of cheese per slice. All I had in my fridge was cheddar so I sprinkled it on and melted it. When I bit into the pizza, the dough was still raw. The very bottom of the pizza was cooked but not very much. Every bit of dough underneath the toppings, all the way to the edge, was still raw. I had purchased one thin crust and one original crust and apparently, they only cooked them until the thin crust pizza was almost done. Even the thin crust had a little bit of uncooked dough on it. These pizzas were absolutely not worth the price that I pay for a Papa John’s pizza. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. That was my mistake but with the reviews this place has, I’m surprised they’re still in business. I could have went elsewhere, spent half the money I did, and gotten a better pizza.

Ordered through the app and was told it would be roughly 40 minutes until we received our order. 90 minutes later and still nothing. Call the store and the manager says there is nothing he can do since he didn’t get the order. Wife persisted and got through to the owner who also said he didnt get the order. She called a customer service number while I went through text chat and both confirmed the order exists. Text chat says it was delivered. Person over voice said it wasn’t sent, but the order exists in the store system. After checking into it, the person over the phone said the system says it was delivered… An order the store said they didn’t get. Nearly three hours later, still no money and still no food.

I picked up my order took home and ordered some sauce on the side I got it home and sauce was sour and spoiled I got sick after eating some of it called the manager he didn’t say he was sorry or anything was very rude so I didn’t get a different pizza or sauce got nothing none the less bad manager

My dad and I went in today, wanting two pizzas. Was told by the owner himself he and his staff couldn’t help us for 20 mins or so because they were so busy with other orders. My dad and I were like fine! we walked right out. Lousy customer service, at least step aside for a moment to grab our order, we could’ve waited. Instead we felt shooed out.

i have ordered pizza pizza 2 days from this location the 1st day i ordered 2 medium pizzas 1 bacon and peperoni the other half bacon and peperoni half hamburger they made the whole 2nd pizza peperoni bacon and hamburger so i called they said next order they will give a free pizza so on the second day i called got my free pizza and cause got me my pizza cause the other is for my mom but she don’t eat much pizza so now days i always get her pizza half made my way or it would just go in the trash but but here we are day 2 1 being a replacement pizza and the pizzas was not cut right i had to cut my pizza after messing up the first slice thinking was cut idk if they did not cut it right cause it was a replacement pizza or what but for that i am now leaving a review with only 3 stars this location needs to get it’s act together everyone was nice but does not mean it is okay to not be taking customers seriously i hope this location can learn from this mistake and grow even better other then that food was fresh and everyone was nice i do not want to see anyone in trouble but this used as a learning experience

I have picked up pizza here before and it was fine. However I ordered pizza for delivery and after waiting 15 mins past time for delivery I called and was told I had given them a non- working number( it was the number I was calling from). They said driver tried to call me , I said no check number on order and number I’m calling from. Girl admitted yes it is working number, I’m like I have no missed calls and I’ve been here and seen no one. She’s like well we can be there in 7 mins. Will not be ordering pizza here again. Lousy service for only average pizza.

We were attempting to feed 40 firefighters at a training meeting. I placed an order for 20 pizzas. They accepted the order. They called back shortly and said it would take extra time due the large quantity of pizzas. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas they told me they canceled my order and are too busy to accept my order anymore. Now we have 40 hungry firefighters with nothing to eat! Unbelievable.
