Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, it was Supposed to have Alfredo sauce on it but instead I received a pizza with marinara sauce on it. I tried calling the store and just sat on hold the entire time, attempting to have them make it right. Absolutely terrible customer service and sloppy management. Do better with your company. Although the delivery guy was nice.

I really like this location for carryout. We do order delivery from them as well, but it is such a convenient location and they honestly have food ready so fast. I ordered while sitting in the parking lot next door, played on my phone for like 10 minutes, and my pizza was ready. Easy, quick, and very little interaction required. Perfect after a long day of work.

Fast response. Even though I ordered at 11:30pm after my husband got home from work. The food is always good and made correctly. They always do great with my tomato allergy and make sure to not get tomato on my pizza and cut with a clean knife.

If you’re going to order from Papa John’s don’t order from this one. I ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and it looks like they burnt it originally and then put more cheese on it to try to fix it. Almost all of the pepperoni is under the cheese. The cheese is hard. And you can’t take a bite out of a slice without everything else coming off with it. Honestly, I should be glad I got the drink I ordered too. The last time I ordered from this location I wasn’t given my whole order.

We have had a few issues recently with this location. Last week we had an order that never showed up after saying it was completed on the app. We finally called and they said it is being put in the oven now. This week we ordered again hoping it was a fluke. It looks like they outsourced to Doordash for delivery for this order, which took extremely long again, but it did show up. However, it showed up with missing items and the ones we received were cold. When we called, they only responded with “that’s interesting”. they offered to make the missing items and send it out “ASAP” or offer a credit. We asked for a refund since we likely won’t use them and a credit would be pointless. They said they can’t refund a partial order. It is 2023 and a business can’t refund a partial order? They did refund the whole order but this location needs a lot of improvement.

Used to be a decent location. Not any more. The quality of pizza has changed. What we ordered last night almost didn’t resemble Papa Johns pizza at all. Crust was stale and hard, etc. But the biggest issue I have is that they now use DoorDash to deliver pizza. At least they did for us last night. And you can track them on the app. And I watched them leave the store, go in the complete opposite direction of my house and take over 40 min’s to get the pizza to my house from the time they left the store. Obviously the pizza was barely warm and tasted like it does if you leave it sitting on the counter for a couple hrs… Lesson learned. Never ordering Papa Johns again.

This experience was beyond terrible. I spent over an hour dealing with the employees at this location. I ordered online for that night but it switched the order to the morning. I called in to explain and the guy said he can’t deal with this do to some personal crisis. I say fine and ask for a refund. He informs me he isn’t refunding anything and is doing his best not to “lose it on me.” Had to drive to location to get refund and was treated just as poorly.

This was a reliable Papa Johns for many years but our recent experiences have been a joke. The restaurant closes at 8pm every day. I’m sure this is because of some staffing issue but when you call the location because your 7:00pm order is taking twice as long as quoted, you can’t reach them and instead get a “location is closed” message. Also our most recent order was just inaccurate, wrong toppings, excessive amount of dough. Just disappointing. All good though, we’ll just go elsewhere.
