We ordered pizza last night at 9:30 pizza didn’t show up until 12 cold and nasty . The driver didn’t even have it in a pizza bag. He had it sitting on his floor of the truck. The guy at the store didn’t know what was going on , stated they only had 1 driver but wasn’t sure how much longer it would be. You’d think after a pizza has been sitting in your window for over a hour you’d call the customer to let them know what was going on. My husband and I weren’t home and my teens ordered it so when we got home I called up there and told them I would come get it. Got all the way to QT and he calls and said the driver came in a snuck the pizza out. I asked him to call the driver so I could just meet him and he stated he didn’t have his number. So we went back home and then waited another 20 minutes for him to arrive.. I understand short staffed but a courtesy call would of been nice. This morning I have been trying to call the store to talk with a manager for 20 minutes and no longer me is picking up …

This store is awful! I’ve had wonderful experiences at many other locations. I ordered several pizzas and an order of boneless wings recently and everything was just bad. Pizzas were not throughly cooked and neither pizza was cut through. The boneless wings made me sick to be honest. The flavor of the chicken was awful and talk about false advertising. On their app the boneless wings look to be dipped or glazed in delicious BBQ sauce. Instead I got what looked like freezer burnt disgusting chicken nuggets that were quickly warmed and then old congealed BBQ sauce drizzled over top not even coating them.

workers all look clueless, having to wait nearly an hour for a single order. man up front tells us to come back in 10 minutes and it will all be ready, but after coming back orders haven’t even been started yet… the food is fine but at this point I’d rather go somewhere else. the workers are lazy and reluctant and never reliable.

Like so many others on here, I was able to place an order an hour before closing, which I never got. I called the store 5 min before close to find out if it was delayed or if I needed to cancel, and nobody picked up. 10 min after closing I finally get an email that my order was canceled. If you can’t get an order out, dont take orders online after a certain time, or at least call your customer instead of waiting until after you’re closed.

Papa Johns charged for their side sauces. That is all good, I’m fine with paying. The issue is I pay for the sauce and they continue to not bring it and keep my money. Not once, but multiple times. So there are plenty of other pizza places, I would suggest going there if you want customer service and what you pay for.

I can not believe a Papa John’s Pizza is run this badly!!! I was delivered the wrong order that took 70+ mins to get, went to the store to find a lady had been waiting for over 30mins for an order that was wrong. I’m about to get a refund. The manager refused to speak to her or myself. The store looks to be in shambles, dirty, unorganized. I will not order from this location again and probably not ever from another Papa John’s. I only gave 1 star because I to. -5 star rating!

Ordered 4 pizzas on Tuesday at 4:20pm, for pickup at 6:00pm. I arrived at 6:00pm. 2 minutes later, I was told they just went in the oven. There was no counter service. 5 people already waiting for their orders. No explanation as to what was going on.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. Apparently my location wasn’t clear to the driver so instead of contacting me, they simply ignored my order completely. After calling up the store and rectifying the situation I finally got my pizza over an hour after ordering it then come to find out, I did not receive the sauces that came with what I ordered, or the additional sauces that I paid for. I’m now left with cold pizza and dry cold breadsticks. What a complete disappointment!

If I could give a zero I would. Papa John’s canceled our dinner order 1.5 hours after we placed it. We had family together and kids who needed to eat. We called multiple times to just figure out why they canceled it and they put us on hold and left us there. Nobody would even speak to us on the phone once we asked why they canceled our order. Horrible service.
