Ordered pizza and cinnamon pull aparts. The delivery driver was very nice. When we opened the pull aparts some of it was missing. After I called the store and talked to the manager on duty she was willing to send a new one out to us, which I declined because I didn’t want to make the nice driver do that, she started off with a defensive statement of explanation instead of a proper customer oriented response. The only sorry I got was almost an after thought as she hung up. I asked for a refund but she stated that the “system would not allow them to do that.”. After 16 years in customer service it’s just tragic to see how bad the art of providing customer satisfaction has fallen.

I will start off saying this location has gotten worse since before covid. Papa Johns pizza is still amazing pizza; I know you can get better pizza at other sit-down/carryout places but I like their options most days. All their side options are good as well. I wish they would keep some of their promotional pizzas though. Sometimes delivery can take awhile but its understandable if there are 3 or 4 deliveries at once. I have been to a lot of PJ locations and this one is in the top 5 for me.

I arrived, placed my order and was told that it would be around 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I believe that the manager showed up, and she ended up being the person to make my pizza. During my patience to wait for my order, other customers would come in to the store to pay and pick up their orders. The woman, (manager), would great the customers, handle their bills and change, give them their food and continue to pull pizza doe with bare hands, without even the thought of washing her hands before touching food products!!!! My pizza was cold when I received my order and I was quoted 30-40 mins for delivery and it took 1 1/2 hrs. I understand being busy and being short staffed but this isn’t the first time it has happened. I thought last time maybe they was super busy and that was why. So I called to see if pick up would be faster after about 45-50 minutes and instead I got sit on the counter and nobody talking but I could hear them in the background talking.

Absolutely the WORST Papa John’s location I have ever ordered from!! Ordered at 5:38 pm this evening, and according to the tracker they haven’t even started making the darn pizza!! The last time my Wife, and I, were in Hannibal we ordered from this location, and why I forgot that the same exact thing happened is beyond me. I don’t know who the manager of this location is, or for that matter who the owner is, but they should all be fired!! Attempted to call to check on my order, and literally NOBODY, will answer the phone! Was on hold for probably 20 minutes, and nobody will answer at all so how can I even tell them to cancel the order, or even speak to a manager!!
