Not sure if Papa Johns got new management, an overview, or what, but I’m pleased. My last few orders from here were awful and I left a bad review. I haven’t had papa johns in a long time. Every time my grandkids come spend the night, we get Papa John’s . We get enough for lunch , dinner, and breakfast the next morning. They love it that much. We call it in and pick it up. It’s always ready and the staff are nice. And I love earning Papa dough.

We stopped in and ordered 3 Papa Bowls and they were great! The last time we ordered these at the Grandview store, they weren’t nearly as full of meat and veggies. Today, they were absolutely LOADED and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff!! We will definitely be back!

Not happy with the pizza I got to say the least very oily and flat….. I guess I’ve had a lot of really good pizza and was disappointed with my experience. I called the manager and he said he didn’t have my order in the system even with a bank statement showing my purchase it’s not hard to do customer service and to guide you guest to right spot to help them. I’ve learned the only thing I like is the dessert will no longer be coming back there’s way better pizza out there.

I really love ordering from this location! I always order carry out through the app and I love how the app tells you when the order is ready. The staff at this location is always friendly and always ask you if you need anything else. And the pizzas are always done right! Our favorites are the Spinach Alfredo (no tomatoes) Thin Crust and Six cheese or regular cheese thin crust with BBQ sauce!

The manager is extremely unprofessional. I called because there was an issue with my delivery and the receipt for the pizza was placed INSIDE the box on top of my pizza before they “sealed it”. The manage told me I was wrong and that they would never do that and then hung up.
