Horrible experience!!! I walked in and apparently the wind chimes weren’t enough to notify the workers of my presence as they were sitting with the back door open standing there. I walked out to my car to grab my phone and back in and finally I guess they noticed. They went and got my pizza and I went to pay. I had brought 1 $50 which they refused because they “didn’t have change” so your telling me you don’t have a twenty in the whole store for change? So at the end of the day you got to keep your pizza, which was sitting with the lid half open anyways. And won yourself a 1 star. Congratulations on the awesome customer service!

Came to leave a review and after reading through the others realize everything has already been said but here it goes anyway – We ordered from here January 23, 2022 and spent about $80.00 Firstly – NY style pizza is definitely NOT NY style – so don’t get your hopes up – second our garlic knots were overcooked and almost burnt – I called the store to discuss these issues and return the food for better and more properly made food – Heather answered the phone who is allegedly the store manager – she originally tried to say that the order didn’t come from that store “because they hadn’t made garlic knots all day” then when I informed her that this is the store phone number that was listed in my email telling me to call with any issues – she looked for the order under my name and found it – Then she proceeded to tell me that she personally cooked our order and that it was made how it’s supposed to be made – she also told me the knots weren’t overcooked when she took them out of the oven – As if we cooked them some more with our oven that we DON’T have here in a clinic! She was very argumentative and unyielding about my our dissatisfaction with the food – I tried multiple times to tell her that the NY style pepperoni pizza looked the same as the regular pizza we ordered when the crust should have been different – yet she kept arguing with me about the size even though I didn’t complain once about the size – Not only did she not make sense but she sounded very sleepy – y’all should check on her – regardless we were stuck with overcooked food because she refused to accept that anything was wrong with it – we will never order from there again – they really act like people don’t have options out here. ———- photos listed for reference

Ordered the new advertised 16″ NY Style extra large pizza for delivery. Received a 12″ original crust pizza. Called the store to complain and the manager said (with a bit of an attitude) “The pizza must have shrunk.” Ok.

I don’t know why I even order from them anymore. I have tried every which to get cheese and peppers from them. Don’t bother calling asking for cheese and peppers. I ordered 2 pizzas the driver was able to dig out in the back seat 1 package of peppers. So if you want to order something and actually get it I recommend Minsk’s pizza

I really wish I could put no stars however needless to say we ordered our pizza and it came under cooked, our 7yr old dived in before we actually tasted how doughy this mess was and all I have to say is y’all better pray he doesn’t get sick due to the call that was made to plead for a new cooked pizza that was quickly and very rudely dismissed by an angry lady “STORE MANAGER” is who she stated she was (Heather I believe is her name) that stated “Food doesn’t leave my store uncooked.” Well ma’am it did and Papa John’s will be in a very tedious legal suit if ANY of our family members become sick after eating this pizza and then being hung upon after calling to request to have this matter rectified. How do you as a “STORE MANAGER ” hang up on a customer calling in with a request and was beyond courteous to you ma’am???…..I put up pics for y’all to see

If you have to call them back to cancel your order for whatever reason may be, don’t expect them to actually cancel it. I had my order delivered to the wrong address 6 days ago, called them back promptly after finding out, to have a kid answer and tell me he couldn’t deliver to the address provided and would have to cancel my order, which is totally understandable… However, when I called back to the store today to inquire about why my refund hasn’t came back to me yet, I had to talk with a condescending manager lady, that would refuse to help me on the matter… Now I’ve lost $70.00. But no big deal, right?

Worse Pizza I ever had. Pizza was delivered 1 hour and 45 minutes after I ordered it. Cold pizza (and I like Pizza right out of the fridge) and I have never seen so little ingredients on a pizza than I did with the two large pizzas I received. I could have counted the Pepperonis and black olives on the one pizza. My wife looked at it and didn’t even have a slice. 1st time I have had Papa Johns, and it will be my last. I did not want to give them any star but had to to post this.

It should be required that every employee wear gloves. I’ve seen employees touched their face, hair, pants and money then continued to prepare the pizza. This is unsanitary and should be unacceptable! I don’t care how hot the oven is that supposedly kill germs. It only takes a second for someone to get food poisoned. Also, you can wash your hands multiple times and still have dirt and hairs under your fingernails that can go unnoticed. I pray you take this in consideration. Thank you
