The pizza itself was mediocre but for an option that offers stuffed crust, it was better than some. I was hoping for more based on the rating. The stuffed crust was great, better than Pizza Hut’s, but I was disappointed in the bottom crust – it was very thin. Next time I’ll go for a 1 topping deal instead of spending almost $20 to get 5 toppings and stuffed crust, because it didn’t taste good enough to be worth that.

Never had any issues with this papa John’s I’ll last night. Ordered delivery which was estimated to take 19-29 minutes. Almost an hour later our pizza was finally delivered. We weren’t given an excuse or any discount.

Overpriced garbage. Don’t get the Buffalo chicken pizza. Absolutely terrible. Also took over an hour to be delivered with a quote of “34-43” minutes. I watched the little tracker thing sit on “preparing” for most of the wait time. Delivery driver ignored delivery instructions and called me over and over until getting out of his car to ring my doorbell and wait until I answered. My delivery was specifically no contact. Although, I will say he was very nice. I wish he would’ve followed the instructions from my order.

Ordered a deal with 2 large pizzas, one being specialty. The specialty was the Tuscan six cheese, they brought a regular cheese with stuffed crust. When I called about this, I was told I get 50% off my next order. Why am I reading multiple other reviews from within the past month of people saying they got their botched orders redelivered, and why would I even want to order from this store again if the employees confused two obviously different looking pizzas? I’ve worked for this company before, they don’t look similar at all.

Used to only order Pizza Hut but after my last experience decided I would never again. I’ve tried several other local establishments and their pizza was always ok but nothing to write home about and I had to go pick it up myself. Tonight on a whim I ordered from Papa Johns and couldn’t be happier. First they give you tracking on your order that you can check on throughout the process. The hut accepted my payment but never delivered my pizza and after complaints never made it good. The pizza was here very prompt with text messages telling me all along the way where my pizza was. The delivery driver was very polite professional courteous and prompt. I wish I had a complaint but after eating my hot melty deliciousness I can not complain and will definitely order again and tell my friends where they can order in the future and actually receive what they ordered. Absolutely over the moon great pizza and great experience. Papa Johns from here on in this family. Thank you.
