I ordered take out over the phone and was put on hold 3 separate times while ordering. I only order one pizza so nothing complicated. Then when I got to the store there was no employees in there. After waiting for 5 minutes, I went a little behind the counter to yell for someone. The man looked at me like I was crazy, I guess cause I went behind the counter. This pizza cost too much for such terrible service.

Ordered a few small pizzas through Door Dash on Sunday around 6:30pm. Get a call back through Door Dash starting that they don’t have any small pizzas. So reorder all the pizzas now as mediums. 20 minutes later get a call through Door Dash starting that they are closed. It’s 7pm.

The inside looks like any other carry out pizza place. But it’s decently clean and straightened. The pizza pickup was quick. The pizza was kept hot when I picked it up (about 10 minutes after I was notified it was ready). The pizza was cut mostly even although our small pizza had some very large and some very thin slices. The pizza was delicious and was consistent with the Papa John’s experience.
