2 times in the last couple of months I have ordered from here. The first time they gave me an estimate of 20-30 minutes for delivery and it took them an hour and a half. Tonight they said it would be an hour for delivery but it took them 20 minutes to get the pizza to me after it left the store so it was lukewarm when it finally got to me

Traveling with the family and we’d been flying all day with no chance to eat. It was late, the night before Thanksgiving and everywhere else was closed. The woman at the counter was so kind; she gave us a great discount on two 3-topping pizzas and they were so delish. The guy baking the pizzas was a wiz at the oven too. Great crew, great experience!

Recently was told when I called that store employees are unwilling, not unable, to take an order over the phone. Their call center is the only way to complete the order. I have tried the call center numerous times and it doesn’t work.

We ordered and paid for extra cheese on 2 extra large pizzas.. they came with a minimal amount of cheese.. so I called to report the error. No big deal, right? The manager was more rude to me than I have ever experienced in customer service. Without asking his staff or requesting pictures, he told me there was no possible way his staff made an error! After ordering papa Johns almost weekly for the past 15 years (living in 7 states) I know the standard toppings. After this experience I will never again order papa Johns… this person should not be managing a store. I am so disappointed.

Pizza arrived cold. Delivery took almost 1.5 hours. Delivery person (very sweet) said “sorry we are late, I knew we would be so I grabbed a coupon for 30 off your next pizza from my bosses office.” In my opinion if they knew the pizza was cold before they came, they should have re-made it. Really disappointed.
