Hi! I ordered Cheesesticks from you guys about two weeks ago for my hubs. Thank you for helping me with the delivery error and making it right by resending my order out. The manager helping me was professional and understanding. I’m not a huge fan of using Doordash but we will try using carry out or an employee directly from the store. I’m giving a 5 star for service and the food. Keep in mind, it’s a brand name chain and they followed protocol. The lower reviews, if one is wanting artisan pizza from a chain then this might not be the place for you. The prices are higher since everything is becoming more expensive so do the afraid to sign up for rewards or look up promo codes they have on the site.

It took longer than usual for carryout. Our breadsticks didn’t have the extra sauce on them as requested. They were a bit dry. I’m looking forward to when our towns papa johns opens so we do not have to drive a long way to get pizza.

I haven’t ordered Papa John’s pizza for many years now and I will most likely never order from there again. The total amount we paid was just slightly under $35 which included one large “the works”cheese stuffed crust pizza, delivery fee and a tip. The vegetable toppings were barely cooked, they loaded the pizza with onion which we did not ask for extra onions, very little sauce on the pizza, and the entire pizza had no flavor to it unless you like the flavor of onions. I always used to squirt the juice from the pepperoncini’s they used to give you with your pizza (which would have added some flavor) but I guess they don’t do that anymore because there wasn’t even one pepperoncini with our pizza. So needless to say, an undercooked, tasteless, overpriced pizza is what Papa John’s delivered to our door and we ended up throwing half of the pizza away. It was just that bad. I have bought and cooked frozen pizza’s from the grocery store that put Papa John’s pizza to shame.

Shame, Papa John’s is my favorite Pizza chain. I was really excited once one opened up here in Gardner. Unfortunately, this one does not live up to the memory. I have given these guys three chances, and all three times I have been majorly disappointed. Pizza is always cold and crust is hard. Assuming it’s because they don’t have their own drivers and it takes forever to get them out the door, or they sit in the car forever. Either way, never ordering from here again.

Wow! Best customers service we’ve had from a restaurant in a long long time. Our order was routed incorrectly which led to a large delay of receiving our food. The Gardner location was extremely kind in fixing the problem and sending out a fresh order to our address completely free.
