I did a call in order for 2 one topping pizzas for $13.00. One pizza was pepperoni, and the other was sausage. These pizzas were not the quality one would look for when ordering pizza. Just have a look at the pictures. To make a long story short, I went back to get a refund and a guy by the name of Jewell said he was the manager just started punching buttons on the cash register then looked at me and said my refund will be back on my card in 5 days. I noticed he never looked at my receipt. He finally got my receipt and sent the refund to my card. I will be following up with the corporate office on monday. My recommendation of Papa John’s on State Avenue is to avoid this place at all cost because when the manager is giving the customer bad service then you know the employees that work under him have this same quality. This place deserves -10/5

Crust doughy look golden brown underneath I ask to bake longer from previous reviews I read. Maybe part of the process is missing? Contact HQ at Papa Johns sure they can make sure proper steps are corrected. Just ate crust and toppings. Ordered lg 5 toppings Parm crust $5 tip total $30 with delivery.

I had never ordered from this Papa Johns, and my experience, at first, was less than a good one. The pizza was made poorly and the delivery took an hour and a half, and arrived barely warm. I decided to drive it back and and talk to the manager. $26 for one pizza is a chunk for what showed up. But Lorenzo remade my pizza to perfection right on the spot on a busy Saturday night. He did everything to make it right and brought it to my car. BE LIKE LORENZO!!

Possibly got Food Poisoning from that place. Roughly 5-6 hours after i ate the pizza in the late afternoon terrible stomach cramps started and i spent the whole night vomiting and with diarrhea.
