The girls who work this Papa John’s are always A1! The efficiency and top-notch customer service are always on point. I accidentally ordered a pizza for 9:08pm on Sunday but couldn’t make until 9:30pm. I called and the girl working at night made me a fresh pie so it’d be hot for me instead of giving me a pie that was less than fresh. Made a customer right there!

This store was 1.6 miles from our hotel, but the manager said they didn’t deliver that far. 1st, he said driver knocked on room door and nobody answered..then changed his story to they don’t deliver that far…all of this after the fact of paying $60 for pizza and tip of course…Also, the manager for this shift was rude enough to hang up so had to call back. Told him we’d just come get our order..then was told he’d have to charge us again…This guy needs to be removed from this position..DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Tried to order on the website and it was not working so I called in. Could barely understand the person on the phone. Food was mediocre at best. Boneless wings had very little sauce on them and the garlic knots were not cooked through all the way. Definitely won’t be back and a partial refund would be nice.

I’ve had Papa John’s in the past and had some issues with them before. But recently I decided to give them another try, and this time I was surprised. Their crust has improved (majorly), sauce is great, pizza is great. Definitely better than Dominos and pizza hut now.

Very unhappy with this company. I ordered my food at 5:53 and received my order at 7:30. I recieved my order without a safety seal on the box with my food in it and without a bag. Which should be required. This was very unprofessional. My order was slightly open when I received it. Mainly because I ordered extra dipping sauce. Which was stuffed inside the box with the food instead of placed inside a bag. For health and safety reasons you’d think with covid being a real thing. Not an option here. Not only did this not protect my food but it also was a reason it arrived cold. If I could rate this type of service less I would. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

My advice: Close the restaurant sooner (don’t leave it open until 1:00 am) instead of allowing this poor quality to be delivered to customers. We order a vegetable and chicken pizza, and got this cheese one minute pizza… Incredible…
