Don’t do it. I’m sorry I did and never again. I ordered garden a fresh pizza a simple order with light cheese and extra sauce. They had it backwards, now I know why the mgr. looked cunning and I had to ask for my receipt. I checked the pizza in my car and saw it wasn’t right. I reenter the store, showed the pizza and the receipt. The manager acts as if he couldn’t see the problem so I told him. The remade pizza was burned and tasted like a frozen pizza with no sauce smh… NEVER AGAIN!

I would give zero stars if I could. I was delivered a pizza that the crust was dough. I called to get a new pizza because that one was not disgusting. The manager told me that basically I was lying because the oven had been at the same temperature all day. I told him he could have the pizza back to see for himself. He the asked if I wanted a new pizza delivered or a refund. I stated that I wanted a new pizza that we were hungry. I then waited an hour and a half no pizza. I called back and was told that he called door dash. I advised I never received anything. Then they said the would refund the money. Papa Johns is where it’s at y’all!! Lately I have been stuck on the Papa Bowls. I always customize my own so I know its exactly how I want it. My best advice is to make sure you order extra cheese on your bowl because that extra is enough to cover all of your goodies underneath it and it helps seal in the heat as well as the flavors. I would have posted a photo but I couldn’t wait to dive in!

Was made wrong which wasn’t that big of deal until I picked up the correct item and they put 4 pieces of chicken and piled an ungodly amount of buffalo sauce and ranch on it with basically no cheese making it not edible. I will drive to another state before ordering from this location again.

If I could give it a zero I would was tracking my order and it said my pizza was delivered and I never received my pizza called them and they said they had a door dasher deliver it and I said I never received my food and he straight up said the door dasher probably took it sounded like it was normal and proceeded to tell me I can come in and he will make my pizza for free like I didn’t pay for my pizza that never arrived wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and if anyone was to deliver for them off door dash they don’t care if u steal costumers food so free dinner on them just saying

Placed an order at 6:22pm. Was told it would take 25 -35 minutes to be delivered. I called at 7:15pm when my order still had not been delivered and was told my order was the “next to go out” Cool.. its going to be hot and fresh right????..My pizza was delivered at 7 :40. It was cold and the cheese was hard and waxy.. We were excited to try their New York Style Pizza.. But it is just like all their other pizza’s.. Don’t waste your time or money. It would have been faster and more satisfying to go get Papa Murphy’s.

We got cold pizza that took an hour and wasn’t even what we ordered. Our “six cheese pizza” was actually an over-sauced regular. Our other pizza never even came. The delivery driver even tried to leave someone else’s wings with us!
