I ordered delivery of thin crust pizza and jalapeño poppers. First of all it was a 90 minute wait. When it finally arrived the pizza was disappointing. The toppings were as thin as the crust. We paid for extra toppings but sure didn’t see them. Also the poppers were no more than a piece of bread with a teeny tiny piece of something green in the middle. No cream cheese as advertised. Will not order from here again

I ordered the Shaq-a-Roni and wasn’t impressed.. It literally looked like a normal pepperoni pizza.. it states extra pepperoni and chese and there was clearly areas that just showed the bread… Also pepperoni wasn’t covering the crust.

I can not believe this Pappa John’s has such a low rateing I am writing this to hopefully respectfully raise there well deserved better rate. I ordered by phone the call was amazingly professional and very polite. When I got to the store it was incredibly busy but amazingly clean the gentleman that rang my order up was very nice and helpful I got the pappadias that were very good I ordered honey chipotle chicken wings that were perfect.
