Called to place order and use the credit I was promised from my last order that they screwed up. Grayson was extremely rude, told me there was no credit and said have a great day, I told her I wanted to talk with a manager and she placed me on hold for 30 min. I will not order from them again

It was lunch time and wanted to order online. It was pretty easy and ordered a couple of the lunch combos, since we’ve never had them before. It was didn’t take long for pickup and staff was very friendly. The overall price wasn’t bad for the combos. The debate is still large for who has the best pizza, but I will still come back for more, nevertheless.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the stuffed crust as much as I do their competitor’s stuffed crust but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered during a really busy time and it still arrived on my doorstep hot and fresh! Highly recommend this location, they always have great quality food and friendly staff.

For a Friday night it came in a timely manner. Our delivery driver was so nice and had us check our order before she left to make sure it was to our standards! Then gave us a couple of coupons for the wait even though it wasn’t to bad at all. I will be ordering again!

The Papa John’s I order from is less than 5 minutes away, only about 1 mile and 1 turn from my house. So when I received the notification that my order was “on it’s way”, my family and I got ready for a delivery (putting the dogs outside, getting plates, etc), but when the driver pulled up 30 minutes later we were a little upset and expressed this to the driver. I would like to thank the driver for being honest with us and telling us that Papa John’s waits to deliver orders until they have multiple orders for the driver to deliver at the same time. So now the customers have to wait for enough orders to pile up before delivery and THEN wait for their place in the delivery, even though the customers have been notified that their order is “on it’s way”. The food is going to get cold, the customers are going to get irate (being notified is great, being notified about something that is not happening, is infuriating), and so the drivers get the blunt end of the manager’s decision to “streamline” delivery. How about you worry about your customers getting their orders on time instead of saving money by having your drivers running back to the store after every single order??? Maybe hire another driver or two.
