The pizza was fantastic! The crust was light and chewy, toppings were fresh, dipping sauces on point. Loved the breadsticks too! Plus our order was delivered about 10 minutes sooner then expected which was a wonderful surprise

Don’t even bother, guys. Sometimes its the simple things. Ordering 8 extra garlic and picking up when its 10 minutes away. They left the garlic out sauce out, about $4.80 in value. My wife made the order, and I couldn’t exactly confirm everything exactly, and also assumed it might have been in the boxes.. and also I expect simple jobs like confirming items on the order to be something they would do correctly. Called back and they refused to refund. Called back again and they literally said “hi this is Jimmy Johns”. Don’t even bother here. They wouldn’t deliver it even though they have guys running around town. Wanted to charge 4 extra dollars. If I spend $60 at a pizza place, I expect a teensy bit more. I get it you’re busy. Won’t be busy with my business again. I’ll be watching for that refund.

Got my pizza carryout since it’s so wildly expensive now to get delivery. The guy working the counter was nice and even checked that my extra sauce was in the box. They hooked me up with that extra cheese, might be the cheesiest pizza I’ve ever received. 10/10

First time ordering pizza from Papa John’s in a long while. Decided on carrying out instead of delivery due to the excessive delivery fee that does not even benefit the driver. I arrived at the restaurant exactly when the Papa John’s app alerted me that my food was ready for pickup. This was very inaccurate. Expect to wait 5 to 10 additional minutes as this location does not maintain an adequate amount of staff and the existing staff seem very task saturated to the point of the customers detriment. The inside of the restaurant is claustrophobic and does not offer any dining space. The food itself is good and was prepared exactly to my order. Their new garlic stuffed crust is an excellent choice.

We always order delivery through the app. Our pizzas are correct and delivered in a timely manor. It’s wonderful. We often get the pizzas still too hot to eat. I appreciate this location.

Anybody else get an error message stating their card info was wrong? Even though it still charged the card? It charged my card 3 times. Everytime I re-entered my card info, it said it was wrong, and still charged me!? This had happened before and I called corporate. They assured me it would be refunded, and it never was. Thought it was a fluke and ordered another time(months apart) and now I’ve been charged 4 times. Noooot hopeful for getting my money back, curious if anybody else has had this happen?

Since 2020 we have ordered pizza at least once a month from Papa John’s, and I am consistently blown away by the excellent service and food quality from this whole team at this location. I know that working for the public (especially in food service) is a pretty thankless profession and want to commend this team for always going out of their way to bring us fresh food with a warm welcome. My pineapple loving 6 year and I cannot thank yall enough for making our day a little brighter even on the not so good days.

Ordered online. When I came to pick up my food all of the workers were arguing with each other. Super chaotic. Also had to wait an extra 20 mins for my food after it was marked ready to pick up. Apparently one of the drivers took one of my boxes. Multiple other customers were also inside having to wait extra time for their orders that were messed up. Ridiculous and will not be returning.

Man I have to say normally I love papa Johns but this place tonight makes me not want to come back-staff we’re going from handling cash directly back to making pizza and handling dough and the food. I also received my garlic knots tonight almost burnt.

This location has been slowly declining. I finally have had enough. I received someone else’s order. I will no longer be ordering from this store. The manager has some attitude when providing feedback to her. Papa Johns should be ashamed.
