My experience at this place has been frustrating – and at multiple occasions. There’s an app called “campus cash” that has 50% off pizzas for college students at Papa John’s locations. The Kearney location is specifically listed on the app as a location that participates in this. I ordered a pizza with stuffed crust that was “not redeemable” because it was with stuffed crust, so I had no choice but to not pay for the pizza. NO WHERE ON THE COUPON WAS THIS INFORMATION LISTED. Multiple other times they have only given me 30% off instead of 50% for regular pizzas. I have no problem if this is the case, but MAKE THAT CLEAR TO CUSTOMERS. This is deceitful and frustrating for the discrepancy of information between what your coupon says and what the reality is. I hope this Papa John’s gets less business as a result. You will not be receiving my business ever again.

I recently visited the Papa John’s in Kearney and was really impressed. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. My pizza was delicious – crispy crust and fresh toppings. They have a good selection too. The takeout process was convenient and I was in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this location for a great takeout pizza experience.

We are from out of town, and staying in a hotel, and after traveling we didn’t want to drive even more for supper. Papa John’s was the only pizz place we found that was willing to deliver to the hotel amid the covid “crisis”. We looked up other places before we thought of Papa John’s, and it wasn’t an option. They lost our business, and I’m glad for it. Papa John’s delivery was on time, the tracker was super convenient, and the pizza was amazing! Thank you. Papa John’s for being willing to go a little extra for your customers!

Saying the food has been delivered and actually delivering the food are NOT the same thing. Drivers apparently leave orders wherever the heck they want. Or they steal the food and your money. No one will answer the phone when called to ask where the food is actually at. Never order from this store.
