I paid 19.32 for a medium size pizza. The crust was burnt halfway, there was barely any tomato sauce, and it was late. The pizza was terrible. I will NEVER order from this Papa Johns EVER again.

Love Papa John’s Pizza they put a lot of toppings on your pizza. There sauce is out of this world it has a sweet taste. Every time I go to my daughter’s we order pizza . The shop is all the time clean and the cashier’s who take your order is very polite and courteous.

6/10, they’re reliable, but lately they’ve been passing on their deliveries to DoorDash, and not communicating that to customers. On top of paying the additional $4.99 fee for delivery, you also have to now wait for a driver, who now twice in my experience, had to come from New Orleans, and because one system doesn’t communicate with the other, the driver gets lost and ends up back in New Orleans. Save yourself the headache and money and order directly through DoorDash so the store gets charged, or pickup in person. Waste of time.

I ordered on 11/01/21 when I placed my order at 7:50 the website said it would be an hour wait cool no problem around 8:55 I called and asked how much longer the girl (because she is not a women) answered the call she said it was in the oven and takes about 6 minutes to run through cool no problem I said it will be here in 15 minutes. It hit 9:45 still no pizza I called back and wanted a refund. She said it’s a two hour wait when no it was an hour wait online. And so I said no I just want my refund she goes very nasty I’ll refund you when she said she refunded me before I got to ask for a confirmation number she hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and she hung up on me again. So I called back and again asked to speak for a manager she proceeded to yell at me like a child and said if I call back she will call the police. I already called corporate and went on the website to complain. If she doesn’t like her job she should work somewhere else. I’ll be calling in the morning to talk to the manager .

This is the second time that I was charged for the extra condiments, but never received what I was charged for. This is very annoying and a waste of my money, not to mention gas because every I would have to go back in order for them to give it to me. This time I ordered 6 extra dipping sauces and a 2 liter I didn’t receive either one, my boyfriend had to go all the way back to get them to make sure our money wasn’t wasted. I’m probably never ordering from this Papa John’s again.

Placed an order before 630pm, and still no delivery at 9pm. When we called at 820pm, they said the pizza was just going in the oven. When we called back at 855pm, they told us the same thing. We have kids to feed, and the fact that they didn’t have the decency to call us is total bull. Worst service.
