I am pleased to report that the pizza was cooked well and the ingredients were well-proportioned and laid out nicely. However, I must deduct one star for the customer service. The front counter staff were not very friendly and it was difficult to get their attention. Nevertheless, I would recommend ordering from this restaurant again as the pizzas, garlic knots, and dessert were all fantastic.

My husband ordered a pizza today. Pizza was not good at all. We live 5 minutes away. When he got home the pizza was cold, lacked flavor and crust was undercooked. It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I’m very disappointed because we usually like papa John’s. The Quality has really gone down. Probably will not here again unless we here the quality has gotten better.

I been coming to this location for years ever since I was 18 years old working next door at Big Lots. This was the worse experience I ever had at this location! I placed a order online early to avoid the traffic of orders coming in for the Superbowl. When I arrived the clerk said my order was canceled!!!! He then got the store manager and the manager claims the system was down and its not his fault the system was down. As a store manager take some ownership of your store! I am a customer i can careless what happened just make it right and give me what I ordered. That is what customer service is. He was not interested in helping me at all. I asked what are you going to do to compensate my time? He said there’s nothing I can do. Basically you can place a new order or leave! Im going to contact the owner/franchisee.

I spend almost $50 for two pizzas and a order of breadsticks and this is all the marinara sauce they gave me just enough to cover the bottom of the Lil container so I called and tell them that you need to send somebody back over here with some more sauce or something I get told all we can do is give you credit for tonight or another night if you’d like they lucky I can’t put zero stars on here I never order Papa John’s in the first place my aunt wanted to get it so I gave in and ordered it but never again I promise you that
